Ein "Keilkissen" das funktioniert
Ich hatte schon ein paar Keilkissen ausprobiert, die mich aber alle nicht richtig überzeugen konnten. Nachdem ich Esthers Buch gelesen und einen Workshop besucht hatte, habe ich mir irgendwann auch den Wedge bestellt. Und das Kissen funktioniert. Es ist fest genug und von der Größe & Form her geeignet um wirklich die Hüfte zu "kippen", und so den gewünschten Effekt zu erzielen. Anfangs vielleicht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Macht insgesamt einen wertigen Eindruck.

Tried making my own unsucessfully. Clearly this product was carefully thought through with differing thicknesses on the two sides depending on your intent for use. Firm, good quality, well packaged + access to videos to get further instruction.

May work for some
Maybe my tush is too small but this did not align my pelvis and spine, it simply created an uncomfortable seating position that made me feel like I was falling out of the chair I was sitting on.

Mit dem Kissen bin ich sehr zufrieden. Gute Qualität und Verarbeitung. Optimal für gesundes Sitzen. (QR-Code für Tutorial ist dabei) Habe dadurch deutlich weniger Nacken- und Rückenprobleme. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
