Great 4 season tent that punches above its price and beats many premium brands.
I have 3 or 4 tents from various manufacturers, my main tent being a Kelty Latestart 4p 3 season, which I like but it's too big for just me and a little too heavy. I was looking to shrink what I was carrying and also lighten my load. I had my eye on this tent, because it does both of those plus it could be great when the temp dips down. We do a lot of coastal beach camping and not only does the weather change all of the time, but we have to hike/carry in everything by boat, water, sometimes wood, everything. I just took this tent on a 4-5 day boat camping/fishing trip. it set up easily and is super light, sil-nylon is a plus for saving weight while being waterproof. It weights under 5 pounds, which is 1.5 lighter than my Kelty but is also a 4 season tent, which means more fabric and less mesh. ( I think the Kelty Latestart 2p weighs about the same as this but is only a single door, and mostly mesh.) It took maybe 5 minutes to set up by myself and a few extra minutes to set up some extra guy lines just to be safe- I'm glad I did because the second night we got slammed with a thunderstorm, then a wind storm with gusts up to 30-40mph and then another smaller rain storm, and then more wind, but just 15-20mph. This tent held up to everything and stayed dry as a bone inside! For comparison, we had set up a large tarp/canopy over one of the other tents to be used as a larger shelter to hang out under to pass the storm and the 1st windstorm snapped a d-ring tie out on the tarp as well as straight tore off a reinforced tie out point from the corner of the tarp. The unprotected One Tigris Stella stood like a champ, completely intact. Condensation has always been a problem in the past, especially with the mostly mesh tents since there can be a 30+deg temp shift from day to night and with so much moisture coming off the ocean. Everything gets coated in water condensation, everything! I woke up the first morning in this and everything in my tent was dry! The inner tent did its job. A couple of things I would like to improve: While the inner tent blocks almost all of the wind (with the double doors zipped up) it makes it hard to adjust the ventilation easily... as soon as the sun came out and started to warm everything up (and no wind), the tent got hot fast and with the only 2 doors as ventilation its hard to control... it might be helpful to add a couple of side vents so you don't have to unzip the door then unzip the vestibule to allow any kind of breeze to cool off the tent. I know there is a small "stick" prop at the top of the door on the rainfly to allow some ventilation, I haven't gotten it to work well enough to be worth the extra effort. 2nd... this is very minor but I like what Kelty and some others have done by color coding one strap of the rain fly and tent pole sleeve/strap to make setting up even quicker. Match strap colors click and done. 3rd: the tent really needs to be 6inches longer. I barely fit my lightweight cot in the tent. the cot is only a couple of inches tall and I swear I could feel the tent wall if I stretched my feet. I'm a hair under 6ft. 4) maybe add a tie-out point on the fly in the middle of the side wall. I had an issue where some condensation formed under the fly and the fly and inner tent were sticking together (around the logo area) even though the fly was staked properly. 5) Throw in the correct gear loft for the tie outs that are already there in the ceiling and may be add a couple of bigger mesh storage pouches along the sidewall? Overall I really like this tent, It seems well built, has stood up to some crappy weather already without a problem and is super light for a 4 season tent (not ultra light). It will be a great fall to late spring tent and I would have no issues bringing this on some winter camping trips but I will still need to see if I can dial in the ventilation and orientation correctly for warmer season trips to make this truly a 4 season tent for me. Good job OneTigris

Solid tent
I am really happy I waited for this upgraded version of the Stella tent! I've taken this on a few trips so far this year and not only is it very easy to set-up by myself and it has great ventilation, most of the time. I wish there were more vents on the side as it can get hot fast inside the tent, there is not a lot of airflow with the doors and vestibule closed. a mesh window on the sides of the inner tent that can be sealed (like the doors) would help a lot here! But usually when it's that warm outside it's also not raining so I don't mind opening the tent up. Condensation was very controlled I always expect condensation when using tents but this one, I've had really no major issues with. Camping in the last storm was really a test, we had winds 20+MPH sustained winds gusting to maybe 35MPH and the rain was coming down hard! Haven't been caught in a storm like that in a long time. Everything inside the tent stayed dry and none of the attachment points broke. For the price, weight and size I think this is a really great deal. The weight is great for a 4-season tent, I'd say for its size I'd call it a comfy 1-person tent, you could squeeze two people in, but it would not be cozy. I bought the footprint for it as well and the combo works very well together.

More like One person tent
Genuinely a nice tent. To clarify it is a two person tent but honestly I feel that it is just enough room for one person and if you have dogs max two depending on size of dogs. Well this is perfect for my needs and pets. I am able to fit a xl twin camping foam mattress inside leave about a foot of space for things. There are four nice little mesh pockets to keep things organized. A hook for a light or fan. I can literally set up in 5 mins alone no problem and it definitely fits back inside the bag provided. I saw that the bottom of the tent is thin but strong. My two dogs haven't ripped the bottom and to be honest their nails are getting a bit long need to sand them down a bit. So for those that said it would rip on a pointy rock you would be incorrect I have camped in many a place including the floor of rocks. It's a breeze for a single person and I feel cozy. I have also experienced heavy rain and the rain over does it's job and more protection my camping chair from being soaked. If you are okay with less space this tent is a keeper and well worth the money and the small about of space it takes up in your truck or pack is well worth it. Highly recommend!

Great tent!
This is a great 2 person 4 season tent. Holds heat well mesh doors great for summer ventalation. 2 doors one on each side. Recomend getting the footprint for it as well. Very small vestabul for shoes and thats about it. Sleeps 2 comfortably. But no room for supplies. Tons of room for one person and gear. Also weight not bad at 4ish lbs. Holds in heat well in winter. I used it in snow and freezing rain. Condensation not bad and didnt leak. Seems are all seem taped, stitching all looks great, and the zippers work smoothly. Great back packing tent for one person and gear or 2 people with gear stored outside. Used this tent several times. Once with two people and a couple times by myself. I really like the 2 doors so either person can get out without crawling over one another. It is a great tent and would buy a 4 or even sux person version if they made one.

Nice against the rain and roomy for 1
Cool tent, the black may make it hard to find in a "woods" situation especially at night. I have the first version, i beleave amazon is selling the second veraion now , where apparently they fixed the door and screen? Anyways this is a 2 season tent . This will not hold ft of snow, you will be warm in the summer, this is not a first layer is a net/screen, the first layer has two half screen doors. The first layer is sealed and you have and white ,the top rain fly is black. So you have 2 wind and rain layers, the foot print is ok, watch put for pointy stuff. . This is a nice one person tent with a small amount of head room ,im 6'1 i lay down comfy. I have enough room for all my gear anf food and still can move a bit. There is one small center hang and four corner half pouchs a foot long and 3 ins deep. There are door ties. I set the tent up in 3 minutes out of the box. This will keep you dry . Im not sure about a flooded ground if the ground is really wet. But you are in the tent it has 4 in high inner floor walls. Plus a foot print you just connect 4 points ,,,2 bars too. When i sit i have 1 ft of head room. Very durable , light weight for the easy and weather proof. Cool design. There are 4 hanging lashs and one durable hook, i hand my electrix lantern on. I got it on sale for 150 , like i said i think they fixed the door ,i know i have a 2 half screens on my version.enjoy

Seems Great
I actually kinda hate when people do this - but please bear with me a moment... :) I haven't actually USED the tent yet, but.... OK - so why do people write reviews before actually using a product. Well, in this case because I've tested out a FEW important factors of this tent and am happy to update it if things take a bad turn! :) Weight is VERY manageable - I was surprised at the pack size and weight overall. Even after reading allll the specs. Setup was exceptionally simple! That might be my favorite part, because as a '4-season tent', it's pretty common to want to get a tent set up fairly quickly - before your hands get too cold! This took me 4 mins on my first try (I am not a pro and I did not watch any videos - just followed the instructions and common sense). I think next time will be 3 mins and would not be surprised to be able to do a full setup in 90 seconds +/- in no time. Interior sizing was a touch smaller than I would prefer - as a 6' guy, I am not TALL but also not SHORT. I had to lay at a bit of an angle to not touch the sidewalls. And that was without a mattress, pad or even a bag so it will be more so with those additions. However, even with the angled sleep pattern, there is plenty of room in one empty corner for my 58lb pup and in the other empty corner for some gear and the like. The storage pockets and lamp hanger were quite functional and when the wind picked up, the tent was very secure (just breezy - 10-15mph). I am confident it will hold up to quite a bit more. Once we have our first weekend adventure with it, we can test more things like warmth retention, condensation buildup and (possible) rain/snow-proofing. So far though, 5 stars for these aspects and the VALUE... here's hoping it stays at 5 stars!

Light weight and easy to set up.
I bought this tent for my 11 year old boy scout. It is a Great tent that is lightweight, easy to put up (less than 5 minutes), and easy to put away. He had rain on his first camping trip and it kept him dry and warm. It is the perfect size for two young scouts with sleeping bags.

Superb winter time tent
This is an excellent one man winter tent. Quality of construction is first rate with excellent attention to detail. This is not a summer time tent, but does a great job keeping the rain, snow and cold out and the warmth in. Five stars.

Perfect for camping
Well made, easy to set up. Fit 2 people but would not have room for your gear. I would be perfect for one person to fit comfortably and room for your stuff. Packing is decent size. No windows, therefore I would not use it during the hot summers days. I would use it late summer or early fall.

An extremely good tent
This is a brilliant and rare kind of tent, you don't get a 4 season tent this good at this price that you can use all year round. Setup and pack down is easy and the bag is oversized to make it easier. It does have a small smell of shrimp when opened because of the treatment they apray on it, but it disapates when you air it out. It's not a major issue.

OneTigris single person tent- Great with a few minor tweaks
I’m always guilty of reading and appreciating reviews, but then never bothering to post one myself, so thought I would for once. I recently bought the OneTigris single person tent and so far so good, but I did have to do a few minor tweaks- 1. The supplied tent pegs are ultralight and well manufactured, however I personally felt they were on the small side for anything other than well draining and firm soil. So for £5 off Amazon, purchased- Tent Pegs 12 PCS, RSVOM Lightweight Metal Heavy Duty, which are slightly wider and an inch longer pegs with bright paracord, so hopefully I shouldn’t loose them to easily! 2. Although there is a loop at each end of the fly tent, there wasn’t anything attached. So I used some elasticated/ shock cord to help keep the fly away from the inner tent for when it rains and to improve ventilation for when it’s hot. 3. Even though you can purchase a footprint for the 2 person tent, OneTigris currently aren’t manufacturing a footprint for the 1 person. I emailed them directly to see if or when one would be available and they promptly replied saying- “At this time, the base fabric for the Stella 1-person tent has not yet been released. However, we understand its importance in improving safety and convenience, and want you to know that our product team is aware of the market demand. Although we do not have a firm release date at this time, it is under consideration.” As I didn’t want to wait, I found a footprint on Amazon- REDCAMP Ultralight Waterproof Ground Sheet 90 x 120cm for £12, which fits the inner tent only perfectly. The tent poles even secure into the metal eye loops of the footprint anchor points nicely. Having used this tent a couple of times in fair weather and rain, I’ve found no issues and am pleased with the purchase. I hope this review is of help for you.

Great tent for the colder months
My new favourite tent. I have used this on a few backpacking trips and can't fault it. For a backpacking tent it's not the lightest as uses it's own poles and not hiking sticks. But for the extra weight it makes the tent feel bomb proof in high winds high up the hills. It's seam sealed and very waterproof. To say it's a 2 man tent is a stretch. It's perfect for a one man with decent room for your gear. Designed for colder seasons the extra room is amazing when it gets dark early and your stuck in your tent in bad weather you don't feel as constricted as you would in others. Tent is easy to set up but is a inner pitch first so can be a bit of a rush in wet conditions. I paired this with the matching ground sheet and they work really well together. Not had any condensation issues but I do leave the vents slightly open. 100% would recommend.
