It is a really awesome cool product. Fits my phone perfectly great ergonomic design. I love the controls. It's sleek has no issues and I'm able to stream games for my PC to my phone using steam link with this controller. Definitely worth the buy

Great quality product
This controller works perfectly for my games and services like the xbox cloud. It is comfortable with very responsive buttons, fits any of my phones perfectly and has items to adjust the size. The pass though charging is a nice feature as well, can keep my phone battery charged while I play. Overall I am very happy with this product, Razer has always been a good brand, glad to have it as I do not have a gaming console, now I can play AAA titles on my phone.

Button glitching
I have bought this and had it replaced 3 times and I have even bought a new phone and in all cases the device will randomly send ABX or Y button presses even if I'm not holding the controller. I play a game where X opens the map and it's hard to play when the controller will press x every half second for a couple minutes and then go back to normal. This problem seems to get worse when you are charging your phone. Not sure why but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Maybe I had bad luck but if you really want this, make sure you buy a brand new one.

This controller is legit
I was unsure if i to buy this one at first. Reviews were good and plenty of hands on videos about it on youtube that helped me with my decision. So far im happy with my purchase. Im using a galaxy s23 ultra and the controller has been awesome to use on it. It can be used on my emulators as well as my normal touchscreen games (yes it works for COD) and xbox gamepass. Button remapping isnt as hard as it seems but once you figure it out youre golden. Only issue i have is i havent figured out how adjust joycon sensitivity. Especially right joycon while playing COD. Camera panning is all over the place. But other than that its been perfect. I would definitely recommend

Plug and play, and so it works
Pro: plug and play, work.Con: the shoulder key is problematic. 1) the shoulder key are too close to each other. Just look at the picture, how do you expect users to use all 3 keys (6 in total from both sides) during any gameplay where all the shoulder keys are this close to each other. 2) since the controller isn’t anything like console controller which got a handler(got more space for users to hold the controller comfortably), and so that which making the shoulder key isn’t in any way convenient to use. After using this controller for some time that I’ve just realized that the location(placement) of the shoulder key doesn’t suit being on the shoulder(ironically), instead it should be on the back of controller because that’s usually where our index finger and middle finger rest.Last, if you guys ever gonna make the version 3, consider having/moving the “shoulder key” to the back of the controller, or perhaps separate the L1,R1 and L2, R2, give them more space in between. Final word, better caught up fast, especially since none of the mobile game controllers on the market realize this problem and adjusted for better.

Disappointing
This was actually a pretty disappointing product for razer, I expected to be able to connect it directly to the pc, but it required a large work around to do so and was not worth the effort. Ultimately I returned it and went with a different product.
