We haven't been ultra-filtered it, or add fructose syrup or sugar to it. In that way it keeps all its proteins and amino acids that the bee pollen has. No, there are no added ingredients. Our honey is raw, harvested in Greece (Blossom for Serres and Thyme from Lefkada island)
There is a slight filtration by the beekeeper only to remove some impurities, including fine particles from the surrounding environment or hive, pollen grains and bubbles of air.

Is this pure 100% thyme Honey unprocessed or witout heating process.

This is a raw Greek honey, unprocessed or without any heating process. 
But it is not 100% thyme. It is a combination of Blossom (flowers) and Thyme Honey, from the valleys of northern Greece. We have mixed the 2 flavours.
You will be very pleased with its amazing taste and high nutritional value.
