Autoglym Black Dye Spray fast drying stain for rubber, plastics, metal & fabric

So useful. Covered some spilt paint

I needed to bring a trim on the front of a car back to “as new” in readiness for a handover and sprayed this into a small cup and applied with an art style paintbrush. Allowing it to dry which didn’t take long I added a layer of Autoglym trim gel to finish and the trim came up beautifully. If I need a product for detailing I do tend to look for Autoglym as their products work. Good value for money.

Didn't work great on 90s vw polo door cards that were material. But worked well on inner plastic parts.

I have used 4 tins of this dye for 4 fabric kitchen stools & a small tub chair. Covers really well after a few coats. Just ensure you cover items around as the spray does tend to disperse into the air & can mark items. I stained our outdoor patio & its almost impossible to get off. It is a very good permanent dye.

Very happy with product not the cheapest but done my camper carpets great. Beware of any plastics though as stains (I used masking tape and bled, could not get stain off)

Bought this spray to cover stains & marks on our black car seats. It's a great product, the seats look like new again. We also used it to cover the black plastic grill on the front of the car that had faded. Excellent multi use product.

48 hours after application on boot liner mat still not fully dry and dye transfers to cloth, STILL. 4 Coats applied still looks as though nothing has been done, gonna get something else as this autoglym rubbish is waste of money and time. Weak watery spray liquid, don't like me waste your cash on this stuff.

Doesn’t work very well and lasts hours not days
