OLED version is great for media
I will use it mainly for media and the OLED display is amazing. Solid quality laptop.

Great laptop
Great laptop that balances budget, looks and size. It’s still a fairly chunky laptop and heavy - wouldn’t recommend to travel with but great for general admin duties at home, playing games or watching films. The screen quality is excellent and found it does not slow down with a number of apps running. For the money you can’t go wrong at all.

Light, well finished and stylish
Very nice simple laptop. Bought for browsing and some simple editing I like the nice bright,clear screen and positive action on the keys. Doesn't include an SD card reader but it's very light and slim. I like the camera protector, simple slide to mask the lens.

Decent choice for everyday home use
Needed to replace an ageing and very slow desktop pc. After some research settled on this as it ticked most boxes and was competitively priced. Arrived very well packaged. Set up was straightforward, cloud access to all existing files/photos carried across. So much quicker and screen resolution is very good. No regrets so far!

nice laptop but only had it year or so just using it for dj app mainly and it frroze bad once recentl and pad is bit sticky not from me apart from that its ok very nice disply n colurs

Awful laptop and service DO NOT BUY
Almost immediately after getting the laptop it continued to freeze, and crash, mouse becomes unresponsive, the screen would freeze, and I’d have to force restarts or sleep mode to get control and often I’d get tearing and corrupt screen as above. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP.

Impossible to remove s mode and upgrade or install other apps
It's a nice laptop, although fan noise is an issue. I found it impossible to switch out of S mode in order to upgrade to Win 11 pro or install anything like Firefox or apps not available via Microsoft. I have had to do a fresh install from usb stick to enable this. Had I known it was so locked down, I would not have bought this laptop.
