I may be allergic to the product, because I am experiencing tighness in the chest area, and now have a dry hacking cough. I am pretty healthy in general and I am not on any meds, and I started noticing a change in my health after a week on the product. Took as instructed, so I don't understand where it is coming from, so I will stop using the product.
