I love how these are so easy to screw on the Enfit syringe tip and for just fine for me. Some of the reviewers say they are too expensive. I buy the $10 x3 and works for me and they can buy the $50 option if they want for 100 packs whatever it says for the other options. You can throw them away or you can reuse or wash them by soaking them in soap and warm water to get the residue out of them. But to each other own right as people say. It's hard plastic and works what more do you need them to be? they are a game changer for me and will be buying more in the future when needed.
