We are studying Brazil in our homeschool so I thought these would be the perfect addition to our lessons. They are organized in different categories - which makes it easy to find different words. Pros - Has the English and Portuguese pronunciation on the card - Color images on front - Sentence using word in both English and Portuguese pronunciation on the card - Self-contained package - Box is great for storage Cons - While we were using the cards, we also relied upon the computer to help with pronunciation. Some of the letters used to help you figure out how to say the word don't seem intuitive for us.

I used these in the opposite manner and they were still helpful. I have a Brazilian student who is learning English. With a little adjustment, the student used these cards to learn English. Very sturdy, nice attractive cards and easy to read.

I purchased these because the description said "flashcards with audio pronunciations". However, the link provided in the box leads to the wrong google drive folder. Specifically, it links to the audio files for their OTHER set of flashcards, "Brazilian Portuguese Beginner Conversational Phrases." Does anyone have the link to the correct audio files for THIS set, "Brazilian Portuguese Vocabulary"?

Simple and effective - you won't learn or master any great linguistic skill with these, just simple words and phrases to help you learn Brazilian Portuguese. Very basic and simplistic but thorough in scope and great as reminders of what the words are for... Great before planning a trip to Brazil for those who never learned/spoke Brazilian Portuguese before.

Using these to communicate with my brother in law! These are small to keep in your purse or even pocket, like a deck of cards. I bring them when I’m going to see him and they have helped! Something is better than nothing and this is a great start to learning the basics and common words
