That’s how beautiful this handbag is!It looks expensive!It’s well made; not sure if it’s real leather, but it’s a soft yet firm leathery feel; firm as in it won’t collapse when you set it down; soft as in it feels like good quality leather.The zippers are high quality; easy open and easy close.There was no odor.It was packed in a beautiful box, so it’s gift worthy if you’re looking for the perfect gift!It really is the perfect bag!

This is my second Montana West purse, and I love it! The quality is excellent, the size is perfect, and the color is beautiful. The gold details add a classy touch, and the shoulder strap is the perfect length for comfortable carrying. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Montana West again!

This is a great bag! It fits a ton of stuff, has a zipper pocket inside and some smaller pockets within the bag. And outside zipper pocket too. It’s great quality and I get loads of compliments on this bag from people of all genders. It’s a great neutral colored bag, stylish and works with both casual and business attire. I had the same one that I accidentally ruined, so I bought another. Get the bag!

This is a very cute purse. The shell is nice, however I received what I can only assume is a used item: the strap was damaged and there was hair inside the purse. It’s really frustrating getting constantly used items from Amazon these days. I ordered a replacement. I hope it comes as a new one vs one that’s already been sold and used by someone else. I do like the purse. Beware there is no cross body strap but there is enough room to add one if you want

Love, Love, Love this purse. Thought because it was priced so low that it wouldnt be great quality but I was WRONG. This is sooooo soft. Quality material and the size was perfect. The color exactly what I was looking for. Cant beat the $20 price. It was shipped quickly and was wrapped in tissue paper and then placed in a Montana West Box. Very nice packaging!!!

I have become rather 'picky' with my purses as I've gotten older. I have been looking for over a month and this bag caught my eye. Glad it did. Color is as described, soft yet sturdy bottom. I haven't used the longer strap yet. The blue strap that was on it fits nicely over my shoulder and rests under my arm. Roomy with pockets. I use a portable oxygen concentrator and the other day my hands were full and the concentrator actually fit inside the bag. The zipper is sturdy and keeps items inside secure. Stitching is even and well done. No strange odor as with other bags I've purchased previously. Well worth the money and would recommend. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a Montana West bag in the future.

Love it! This bag holds a ton of stuff! It looks exactly like the photo and is very soft leather! The wide single strap is very comfortable and the length is perfect. The side has multiple pockets and quality lining. There’s just enough hardware without being gaudy! It looks like a much more expensive purse!

Not only is this a nice looking bag, but it is roomy and comfortable. It’s soft and seems to be made extremely well. The straps are a good length, and there are enough sections on the inside for my phone and other small items. I am thinking about buying it in another color.

I love the color of this bag, but sadly I am returning it. When I opened the box there was an overwhelming smell like mold, I put it outside to air out, still smelled like mold. If it was not for that one problem, I would have kept the bag, it really is nice 😕
