Small Animals

They are great for doing small diorama I have bought several of these at different times really good

I bought these a a little present, little being the word and as I am not used to model railways was shocked that these tiny creatures needed to be painted, so we have had to buy a magnifying stand with light to be able to do this, not sure they will be as good as the photo, I have seen bigger pin heads, but postage was fast.

I was searching for some tiny animals for my Warhammer and D&D Terrain, I have a feeling some of the animals might be a bit on the small side (the Owls being 0.7cm and the two hares being 0.6cm), I was struggling with comparing the sizes of the animals to the sizes of the Warhammer miniatures I have and trust me trying to find the measurements to these miniatures was harder then it looks. So I gave up and just bought it instead, for how small they are (most being around 0.5cm), they really do look like the animals that they are supposed to be, though I am still questioning the two “hares” that look suspiciously like rabbits.The package came on time and nothing was broken, over all I am happy with my purchase.

I was was not expecting these to be quite as small as they were (If like me you dont understand HO/O scales then the photos give the illusion of them being much bigger than they actually are), yet despite their size they manage to maintain a good level of detail. You get a nice varied selection of wildlife (78 animals in total) and they are great for adding some life to your dioramas.For some size perspective, the butterflies in my picture are only 2mm whilst the biggest animal in the pack, the owl stands around 5-6mm.

Looking at the picture I thought these would be painted.. Silly me I was rushing and didn't read the small print, as they're not painted and I got my ratio's wrong and the small animals are tiny, too tiny for what I wanted them for, but that was my own fault. Please note they aren't painted. They came in time and in good condition. I can't fault the product as the mistake was mine. I would suggest to the seller to put up a picture of the product being sold without being painted and then show what they could look like agfter painting. it's rather misleading

Fit perfectly to scale with 25-28mm miniatures, unpainted so you can decide your own colour scheme.Good for spellcaster familiars, themed model bases or detailing on scenery.

These are tiny, tiny, tiny and unpainted. Too fiddly for anyone other than the most dedicated modeller to use.
