I have tried many hair & skin supplements and none of them actually worked well (they either didn’t work or gave me skin acne or white heads) but this.. this is my fav supplement!! This is now my 5th bottle of these. My hair actually feels denser and coming off less after each shower or after brushing it. I strongly recommend it. I love this brand and I also use their fertility support too. ( I can come back later to say if this works too but more time is needed I guess 😬)

What I love the most about this product is that, unlike the majority of other brands, these particular supplements are not synthetically derived. It means that they are as close to the natural format of vitamins and nutrients as any synthetic substitute can ever be. So my body absorbs all this goodness more effectively than any other produced by big-name brands. This combo of vitamins and nutrients is crossing a lot of vital essentials off of my checklist. The odourless capsules don’t have any taste and slide down the throat with ease even without water. No aftertaste etc. I have been taking the supplement for over two weeks now and am delighted to confirm that they do not cause any digestive discomfort, skin flushing, or headaches. They seem to be very gentle to my body while being quite effective at the same time. I did notice that my skin is not as lifeless in appearance as it often is, especially in the evenings. To touch it feels plumper, more supple and with greater elasticity than I had for a long time. I also feel more oomph inside me and the vitality to be active. Another benefit is that I am making some considerable savings where quality wins over quantity etc. I consider this supplement as essential as my daily moisturiser and water intake.

I used to work in a Holland Barrett and the thing we were always taught is that it is important to not only to think of skin care but also the vitamins and minerals you take. Also, that naturally derived vitamins are better for you than synthetic ones. These ae a very good combination of some of the key vitains and minerals you need. They come in a glass bottle and are capsules which are easy to take. I recommend these and having taken two a day for a month I now take one a day which helps reduce the cost. If you are worried about ageing skin and brittle nails these are likely to help you. They are certainly cheaper than a set of Botox injections or a visit to a hair dresser

With losing my hair due to being unwell I have had very limp and sparse hair! Since taking vitamins my hair feels so much better. These are easy to swallow and tastes ok! No issues with them. The bottle is frosted glass and feels expensive and not cheap. Comes with a box and the bottle is frosted glass and feel luxurious and not cheap. Will get again when my bottle is running out!

Although this product is primarily aimed at purely cosmetic benefits eg hair. Skin and nails.. Its still loaded with ingredients that will also help to boost other areas for your health and wellbeing... Wild nutrition are a brand that offer high quality supplements... I still feel they are a little expensive.... I'm sure if your combine these into your daily routine along with a healthy diet and lifestyle you'll see the improvements you're looking for.... I would also suggest you add collagen powder into your routine... My advice as always is to try a jar and see if you see and feel the benefits....

These vitamins are great quality, but obviously come at a price as with most premium beauty products. They come in a lovely glass bottle and vitamins themselves are easy to swallow and don't leave an aftertaste or give me reflux. I really like that they are a combined collagen and biotin product, they really do help support nail and hair growth while supplementing your skin with collagen, which is essential for ageing skin (you lose 1% every year!).
