I bought the original CD, but this tour version is worth buying for Katatonia fans. The additional live tracks are just beautiful.

great album. however, if you already have the album there are only like 4 or 5 songs on the second disc. only good for collectors but prepare to be disappointed.

I don't know what is is about Katatonia, but they are just a mesmerizing, hypnotic band that I discovered this year. I've been on a mission to grab up all the albums I can from the last two decades. I love the melodic and doom style atmosphere of the music. It goes from dark, light, heavy, and more. All the songs are fantastic and the production is top notch! Another great album from a stunning band! Love it!!

Great album..

Ho scoperto questa band da poco (sono tutt'altro che giovane). Ne conoscevo il nome ma ero prevenuto pensando facesse metal estremo. Non mi azzardavo neppure a verificare su youtube. Invece sono rimasto colpito e nonostante sia abbonato ad uno dei fornitori musica in streaming ho comprato i cd. Trattasi di un genere all'opposto di quanto pensassi. Voce quasi sussurrata su muri di suono e ritmiche quasi prog. Melodie a volte artefatte mai banali ed anzi, sempre più ammallianti, ad ogni ascolto che, se effettuato tramite il supporto ottico (cd) e con una buona cuffia, da grandi soddisfazioni sonore ben superiori all'mp3 e simili.

The additional 4 tracks worth the re-buying of this record. Glad they didn't record those 3 songs from The Fall Of Hearts with the orchestra.

Credo sia il disco più bello, a parer mio, della band svedese. Un mix perfetto di progressive e doom metal. Da avere assolutamente, produzione perfetta.
