Fits the sand box perfectly and keeps the sand clean and dry for bad weather days

Good buy
Fits right. Hold the water out of the sand. Had held up to the Oklahoma sun and wind and even hail. Nice ratchet to tighten it down so the tornadoes don’t take it.

This cover has survived its first year in the Midwest. Just a little rust on the hardware but all in all it has potential to survive a few more years.

Long Lasting
So far this sandbox cover has lasted longer than a lot of others. It seemed to stretch out a little. It is somewhat waterproof, keeps most of the water out, but there are still damp areas of the sand.

Not going anywhere, but not maintenance free.
The tension cable works well to get a nice tight fit around the base. It’s definitely not blowing off. It doesn’t; however, tighten the top of the cover so snow and water sit on top and have to be removed after each weather event which is disappointing. It does keep the sand fairly dry despite the water sitting on top.

Cheap quality stitching
Worked fine for a couple of weeks, but then the stitching started coming loose and tore apart in less than a month. Absolutely NOT worth the price tag.

Decent
The cover seems to be good quality. It has held up well the last month. It is much bigger than the Step 2 sandbox, though. In the photos it appears to be a perfect fit but it is not.

Works and Fits
Bought this for a Step2 naturally playful sand table and it fits perfectly. We had a few days of big rain and as you can see from my picture the cover effectively kept it out. There was some condensation underneath (which is not possible to block with a cover, so I am not faulting the product for that) but the table's cover was adequate in keeping that out and the sand stayed dry.
