This is well studied and documented, but Big Pharma doesn't want us healthy and symptom free. I would recommend anyone that takes these to open the pill up and pour it in a glass of water to drink, as the pills are quite large and hard to swallow, and to give your body a controlled dosage to absorb this powerful blend. Would give 4 stars because of the large pill size, but I have to give 5 because of the ingredients in this, and it's not hard to open the pill up and pour it in a glass of water.

I work in the medical field and I wanted something to boost my immune system, this has helped greatly, I have not "caught" anything from patients since taking this. There have been no side effects, take as directed with food and there are no digestive issues. Capsule is about average size, easy to swallow, little taste of the ingredients but nothing bad, smells like oregano and pepper.

The pills are so big Jesus. But hopefully thats what inside of them is what im putting in my body.
