Good replacement set
I got these because the governor spring on my mower was weaker and the mower was surging. It fit my Honda engine. It was a little tougher to install than I expected. Did the job, though.

Cheap and decent quality
Exactly as pictured. Just needed one spring but this kit was cheaper than buying the one spring separately, so now I have extras if the others.
