So after taking some time to really run the 2S through it's paces, I've come to conclude that it truly is a useful product and Torras' Coolify line is absolutely the best brand of this type you're going to get within a "home user" product. The next step would be industrial grade cooling solutions that would not be nearly as mobile and certainly not as affordable. The quality of the manufacturing leaves me with the impression of a solidly built unit. There are no blemishes, scrapes or rough edges on any of the plastic. It also feels solidly built and leaves one with an impression of quality. I will say that the device really does serve a purpose and I have measured it's effects during a "Same for Same" test while using my smart watch to track heart rate. On a 70F day with the same physical load and no Coolify, I have to really almost jog or hit a full march with my full 45 pound work kit to hit 130 BPM, I'm decently fit. In summer without the coolify I can easily hit 160-180 BPM in 98F on the same task. Comparatively on the same task and same temperature with the coolify, I can keep my heart rate to a maximum of 140-145. Additionally, I begin to cool down MUCH faster while wearing the device. So even when it feels as if it does nothing, It's pouring it's little heart out to conduct that heat away from you. Normally I would be pouring water from my hydration reservoir to cool off. The 2S has decent battery life when you consider the amount of power this thing draws. The big seller here is that the 2S was the first device they produced with the ability to charge while using it! For the time being, I have been using external power banks via 90 degree usb-C at the device connection to actively power it during my work day in construction. I wear the external power bank on my belt with the 90 degree usb-c run under my shirt, be safe and don't let that cable get caught up! A 20,000Mah power bank is MORE than enough to power this through your day AND charge your phone, etc. Torras and their Coolify line are really trying to step up the game with what's currently possible with today's and even tomorrow's technology. I know it isn't easy to engineer something like this but I am a firm believer that they will continue to try to push the envelope in this category. Good news! I have been in touch with Torras and they are committed to their customers and their REAL needs. They are potentially interested in implementing wearable battery technology for their coolers! This mean that they can push the limits even further! I was impressed by their concern for my experience. In my opinion Torras will continue to advance in this field. I got 2 of these fans for me and my daughter for a mid-June trip to Disney last year, then to use after the trip for her summertime softball games. The idea of having a cooling plate on the back of your neck while cool air is blowed up your neck while it is hot out sounded like an amazing idea and there was a lot of good reviews. However when we used them we had a different experience. To begin with when I opened both neck fans and put both of them on their chargers, the first fan started to charge instantly and charged fairly quickly and I liked how it showed the charging percentage in the side. The second fan however did not. It finally started to charge after I messed around with the charging port some, so I am assuming that fan had a bad connection in its charging cords especially since it took 4 times longer to charge then the first fan. The first fan was fully charged in about 3hrs, however it took 2 days for the second fan to fully charge. After finally getting both charged we tried them on and tested out all the features while in our way to our first Disney park. The cooling plate was nice for about 2 mins but we had to constantly keep adjusting it around our necks since we have a little smaller necks, and after a few mins even with the cooling plate turned on they did not stay cool and just started to have a damp clammy feel to them from our sweat. The fan portion of this neck fan has very little to desire about. The way the vents are placed even with the airflow turned all the way up you can barely feel any air being blowed up the side of your head because the vents are directed straight up and are so close to the neck that if you turn your head to the side or anyway other then straight ahead your neck skin completely covers the vents and you can’t feel any airflow at all. Someone who has a bigger neck has it on their neck would probably completely cover the vents from where they are placed and not feel any airflow at all even looking straight forward. We ended up taking them off after about 15 mins of trying to do any kind of adjusting around our necks to get possibly a better fit or better angle to get some kind of air flow going, but since they was not giving much of any airflow in the direction where we could feel it we just took them off and carried them in our backpacks for the rest of the day, which took up space in our backpacks and added more weight for us to carry that day in the Florida heat. It may not seem like much extra weight but when you are in 100 degree weather with high humidity walking nonstop through Disney from early rope drop at 8am til the park closes at 11pm every ounce in your bag starts to get heavier and heavier through the day. We had better success that day staying cool with our cooling neck towels and then picked up a couple much cheaper neck fan that had the fans positioned out infront of your face to blow air back towards your face that could be adjusted to different angles on our way back to our resort. For how much these cost I had very high hopes, but was extremely disappointed. I did not return these because I was outside of my return date. I purchased everything in January for our June trip so I knew I would have enough time to add things if needed but just had everything stored in the boxes they can in to the side until closer to our trip time. It was my fault that I did not open them during my return window time to charge and try them out before that time period was over, because had I of done that I would of returned them and choose another option since these was not the right fit for us or our needs. So now they have just sat in one of our storage closets for over a year taking up space.

This neck fan works great! The battery lasts a couple of days, but the AC mode sucks the battery life down to just a few hours. It's easy enough to use an extra battery pack so the battery doesn't drain completely. It charges very quickly. Very well buiit, comfortable, and lightweight that I don't even notice it's there. Whether you're using fan or AC mode, it really does cool you off, and it's pretty quiet. Definitely worth the money!

I haven't tried any of the competitors so idea if this is better or worse. It seems fine and appears to work best indoors ironically. I'm not sure it made much difference to me outside in 90 degree heat. The cooling panels are nice. My big complaint is the trend of selling electronic devices without all the pieces to actually charge them. It comes with a cord but no plug. I do have plugs that fit but I'm using them for my phone and my laptop. I guess I'm supposed to switch out devices to charge? Seem cheap and not user friendly to me. But hey! It has an app! *eyeroll*

I’ve had this product since summer 2023, so I’ve had it for two partial summers and one full winter so far. I initially purchased the product because the AC wasn’t working in my house last year and I needed something to cool off that I could use while walking around. I did my research and picked this up because of the piezoelectric cooling, as opposed to just being a simple neck fan. On cool mode, it immediately helps cool me down and bring a sense of relief. I use the cool mode anytime I need to quickly cool down or if I’ll be walking around outside in the sun. The fan mode also helps, but I’ve noticed it’s more of a help if the ambient air is also pretty cool or if I’m already sweaty. It also has a heat function which I used a lot in winter, and it gets quite hot, even on the first heat setting. I can go out in freezing weather in just a hoodie and pants for a while if I’m wearing the heater. For hot weather, on cool mode, the fan only lasts a couple of hours. On fan mode, you can get way more battery time. I can make the battery last all day if I’m smart about switching from fan/cool based on if I’m inside or outside, in the shade, etc. Don’t expect this thing to be like a giant AC unit blowing right at your face, but it WILL cool you down a bit and bring some relief. I sometimes wear it to bed if I want some extra fan at night even. The app connectivity is a nice gimmick but I rarely find myself using it and just press the buttons on the device itself. All in all, it was pricey but I really like it. Oh, and it came with a nice case. I usually put it on my neck in off mode when not in use, but the case is nice for throwing the unit into a bag or for travel

excellent every person should own one for every member of family especially elderly and people in menopause. It would be nice if it was colder considering the price of the item and all the heat waves. Honestly they should make it drop down to 32 degrees. And here is what they dont tell you- it only can be recharged so many times and not because it breaks but because the program the battery to only take so many charges. So Guess what? When you think about how almost everything in our lives is setup with a rechargeable battery that means they are the entire technological world has setup when each and every item will break down. Thats why they are pushing for electric cars so hard. Get Ready Now Break!! Yet they have know since 1990 that all the money we all have to pay with no choice into Social Security wont be there for us in our old age. Breaking quit a contract, We should have a choice if we want since it wont be there for the purpose it was meant for. That is stealing and they know it going into it. Try be late with your taxes and they will take your house. However they can take our money each pay check and say oh well too bad we misspent it or we dont know how to balance the US Budget.

Nothing works well when it comes to neck air conditioners. The perfect neck air conditioner has not been invented yet. HOWEVER, MY RATING IS BASED ON WHAT IT CAN DO IN SPECIFIC SCENARIOS, NOT ON WHAT IT CANNOT DO. My 5-star rating is also about comparison. I've purchased every neck air conditioner model—no joke—I am serious about finding a way to get cooler. I have done my research, watched every YouTube video, and read hundreds of reviews. If I rate this based on the comparison of other products on the market, it is the best out there in the neck air conditioner category. But none of them will keep you cool on a hot summer day outside. Your expectations need to be realistic. Comparing the two high-end ones, the Torras beats out the ranvoo. Torras keeps you cooler than the ranvoo, but neither are a true air conditioner. My five stars is based on being the best in the neck air conditioner category, not being the perfect product. In my opinion, None of the products on the market keep you cool outdoors on a hot summer day. They all fail, and that is why I am writing my recco and giving my stars based on what it can do. If I rated it based on my total experience, it would be lower, but it does help in specific scenarios, and so I want my review to help people like me, who may need to find ways to be cooler all the time, not just outside. I find this product super helpful to be cooler when indoors. And it works great in scenarios where everyone else is always comfortable, but you are running hot. It will help you become cooler and more comfortable when no one is hot but you. If you are a person who is always hot, like a peri-menopausal woman, or just someone who always runs warn, this product is for you; it will help keep you cooler in normal conditions. For example, when shopping in an air-conditioned store, everyone else is comfortable, but you are not, and this gives just the added boost you need to feel normal. Or if you are in an air-conditioned home but it's not cool enough, this is great for those times when most people are fine or freezing but you still need it cooler. This is great for when you are having a hot flash and need a quick burst of cold plates on your neck. When I am working at my desk, and the sunshine is beating in, it helps keep me cool without having to shut the shades while I am working. I hope this will help people who need help deciding whether to purchase. This COOLIFY is an excellent product for these scenarios. A true neck air conditioner has not been invented yet; this is not there yet, and I can’t wait for this company or any company to invent one that works well outdoors!

The description is false; the battery lasts about 2 hours even on level 1. It’s not a lot of use if you’re out in the heat for a longer time. Quite disappointing for the price. Update: went wrong after less than a month and stopped working. Sent back

I bought this product last year to help me combat the heat. I am super sensitive to the heat. I thought it was great at first because it actually gets cold. But soon I realized it is not nearly as effective as I had hoped. The fans do not blow with much force at all and you can't adjust the angle at all. It does get cold on the neck but it isn't very effective. If I wear this outside I hardly notice it doing anything but blowing air at my ears. The battery power sucks so this can only be used for maybe 3 hours before needing to be charged. I am very disappointed with this product. Save yourself the money and just get a neck fan.

The product is sleek and refined. Like the cooling effect. However, much noisier than Xiao Mi neck fan that I also own by close to 10db. The numbers of outlets can be improved to give 360 deg cooling both top and bottom.
