What are all the exact ingredients including preservatives &added colorings?

Hey there! Pistachios, Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Peanuts, Dried Cherries are all of the ingredients.

Can finches eat this?

Everything in the blend can be eaten by finches, but some finches may be challenged by the bigger pieces so may choose not to eat it. It contains pistachios, almonds, pecans, walnuts, peanuts and dried cherries.

can this be used for rewards in training?

I think this would work well as a reward for training depending on what size and type of bird and how receptive they are to such foods/ treats. I tried it as just a treat for my parakeet however she wasn't as fond as I expected as the pieces are larger than anticipated for just simply using in a treat cup and she's on the smaller end of the scale for parakeets but for training it may be a good visual incentive for your pet bird while in training as they can see what the reward will be for doing what you want. Good luck

Will a Quaker Parrot like these oats?

The back of the container indicates that the oat groats are for Parrots too. This is considered a treat and I would recommend giving it a try.
