Great and useful product
This product was very helpful. I could not find it anywhere here in my place even after asking all the pharmacists about it. Saved me alot of hassle. Amazon should encourage these kind of tested and safe health supplements so that it'll be easily available to the people.

Extreme diarrhoea following administration
Started taking one tablet a day in hope to cure IBS and leaky gut, instead got violent diarrhoea instead, accompanied by extreme body and muscle pain and headache. I’ve never fallen this sick before. My head feels like a brick wall has fallen on top of it and I’m essentially bed ridden today. My mother also experienced extreme diarrhoea after taking this supplement. I don’t know if this reaction has something to do with Zinc Carnosine itself or if it has something to do with this company’s Zinc Carnosine. As somebody pointed out, it had lactose listed as an ingredient, but I’m not sure if that can actually irritate the gut in such minute amount. Or it could be that 75mg is too high of a dosage. I’m not sure what’s happening.
