The waist support arrived in minimal packaging and a plastic ziplock storage bag that can be always be reused, a nice touch. It is a strong item that gives good support to my lower back and abdomen. The main part is neoprene and the elastic straps are easy to stretch around my middle. It has 5 “bones” equally placed across the back which are comfortable in wear even for long periods. I bought XL and I take 14/16 UK and it’s a very good fit. All the fastenings are Velcro, and I have some physical disability issues, so that is a big bonus. The Velcro fastenings are substantial and secure and easy to adjust. I bought the waist trainer mainly for it’s supportive function, but it also creates a better shape, pulling the waist in. Overall it works very well for me, fits extremely well, easy to use, comfortable to wear and is a good quality item at a good price.

This is so comfortable and gives my back support, I’ve bought similar ones and they have always dug into my skin unable for me to wear. This is the first one I’ve worn that feels so good and supports me. Good price, good quality,I bought this as a waist trainer and what I also got was a back fixer! I've had a stiff back for a month or so, since my belt came in, I wore it around every day and i realised my back ache had disappeared. This morning no sign of the pain either ! I had extra fat on my waist which was stubborn, I wanted this gone so bad. I brought this in hopes it would tighten this fat and show my small waist, but it actually worked a charm! Made my hips more prominent. Absolutely 10/10. Doubted it may work, but the straps to tighten it really do give a figure hugging effect. You can wear it to sleep, or simply just under a hoodie. Improved my posture as well! I found when I wore it in the day it actually helped me stand up straighter and stop arching my back as much. Don’t wake up in pain, don’t feel any pain when wearing, very effortlessly flawless! Perfect for overnight shedding! Great value for money!

Great at first but quite flexible and after a couple wears the ribs start to poke

I don’t often leave reviews but there are so many adverts for this type of products that are misleading so I wanted to give an honest review. I’ve been using this waist trainer for two months, I started wearing it just a couple of hours a day and after a week or two increased it to 5 to 6 hours and after a month was comfortably able to wear it throughout the whole day. I took measurements beforehand and when I started my waist was 69 cm and it is now 67 cm so that’s 2 cm in two months! I’m a size 8 so I bought the size small and it fits great. It’s maintained its stability and still sticks fine. I’ve also found it incredibly useful for bloating and targeting specific areas of bloating for example pre-period. I put it on the lower part of my abdomen. I would say if you’re thinking of buying this, you do have to use it regularly and although it takes a little while to get used to the feeling of wearing it, it soon becomes comfortable.

I bought for myself and if I am honest I feel that there is no difference to wearing it and not. Person who works out in a keep fit video never seems to wear one so it shows you they are no good.
