YamunaBody Rolling Save Your HIPS DVD

Amazing. I had a pain in my right hip due to driving and my leg was stuck when I walked. His routine just released everything. I didn’t know I was in so much pain because of my hips. So glad I decided to try it out.I did have the black balls at home. Purchase the DVD set that comes with the black balls. :)

Anything and everything Yamuna is fantastic. Forget foam rollers and tennis balls - Yamuna is the way to go. The balls are fantastic and these DVDs are helpful to see how to use them correctly. After doing them a few times, you can do them on your own, which is fine with me.

I have fibromyalgia and Yamuna Body Rolling is one of the few things that eases the muscle and fascia pain. I really enjoyed the Save your Hips DVD and use it at least once a week.

I'm a fan of Yamuna Body Rolling for certain. These routines have saved the day for me, I must say. I do these routines daily.

This is amazing and has helped save my hip recovering from a total hip transplant (and working on the other side so I can delay and maybe avoid another surgery). The video is a little annoying--Yamuna talks and talks and talks. I would think this is more than someone would need for learning the exercises, and it is really annoying when you do the routine multiple times. That said, the pain of the video is nothing compared to the pain Yamuna saved me from.

A waste of money. The movements are difficult and don't really help.

Good DVD, but I would recommend buying the DVD that comes with the black balls used in the video. I had trouble finding suitable rolling balls.

Did the hips and shoulders today....it's a full body massage.....can not explain how it "changes" your posture immediately....and feels great
