Good for my allergies
So far so good. I've been using for allergy deterrence and notice when I don't take it I definitely have really itchy eyes and nose. I also noticed if I take two it doesn't enhance the effectiveness so 1 a day is good enough.

Incredible value and liposomal makes a difference
Research is kinda confusing on just how well absorbed lacatoferrin is so liposomal is a good idea just in case. Based on the quantity you get in this brand it's the best deal on the market. i actually felt some significant increase in energy on this probably due to helping with pathogens and also use iron better. I was impressed and I have spent 15 years researching and trying all kinds of supplements. This is a nice one to cycle here and there each year or use as part of a protocol.
