My rats LOVE this bottle. It does leak if you don't help it seal. All of these bottles leak if you don't drip it after putting it up. This creates the seal and prevents leaking! So you fill it, put it up in the cage and then tap the ball a few times and it will seal! Then it won't leak at all. I wait until I see a good few bubbles go up and I know it is good. If I don't do this then it leaks. The bad reviews are human error most likely not the product. I see a lot of bad reviews, but this water bottle is great and it is my rats favorite.

Don’t waste your money! Bought this for my two rabbits for us to go out of the country for a couple of days thank God we had someone coming over to check on our dogs because this thing leaks like a sieve! I couldn’t figure out why the bottom of our bunny cage was saturated. I thought that my rabbits had a UTI that kept peeing on the mat come to find out. It has a steady drip, and no matter what I try it only stays without a drip momentarily after the first drink, they take the balls move, and it drips steadily into the bottom of their cage unfortunately, I thought it was temporary so I did not send it back and now I’m outside of the window, don’t waste your money

Great little dripper. We just got a 6 week bunny and it's working perfect for him. Best part it doesn't leak. Drips just enough. It's a good size and water amount. I have to refill about every 2days. Design is also cute that's a plus. UT also comes with the metal ring to hook it onto the cage. I was looking for zip ties until I realized it was included. I thought it was part of the packaging so make sure you don't toss it

I've been using Lixit water bottles for my guinea pigs for the past several years. I needed an extra one since I have a new addition to the herd. I haven't had any issues with them that aren't solvable. For example, leaking: one thing to double/triple check is that the black rubber gasket is all the way flat inside the nozzle cap. If it's secure, there's no excess leaking; if it's not, it will. When filling, I usually fill it about 90-95% full and give the bottle a light squeeze while screwing the nozzle cap on; this creates a vacuum seal that helps prevent leaking as well. Just be sure to release the pressure and check that water comes out of the nozzle before giving it to your little furry ones! Otherwise, they work great compared to some of the glass/plastic ones I've gotten from petshops that didn't last as long.

Bought this to replace our brand new leaking bottle we bought from local store. This one does not leak, bunny seems to be drinking well from it. It’s hard so it should last.

It’s a very basic water bottle. My mind so like it’s easy to clean. I just got it so I’ll let you guys know if it breaks later on but I’d say it’s pretty good until you get a nicer one. But the thing is, I paid for express shipping to come here in the morning and it did not come here in the morning and I am furious.! 🥲

Some of these bottles could leak water pretty badly but this one is perfectly sealed

Se gotea y se sale toda el agua. No es tan funcional. No sé si las canicas tendrían algún defecto. De aspecto es muy bonito. En 2 hrs ya no había agua en el bote.
