Is the tiara hard plastic?

Kind of but not really? It's a bendable thick plastic if that makes sense!

Does the tiara look like the photo? It's all I need :)

It does but it's really bendy and flimsy and might look weird depending on the size of your head. It looked oversized on mine but was alright on my friend with bigger/wider forehead.

Are these soft & cloth like or hard and plastic feeling?

Hard and plastic feeling on the outside, the inside is lined with cloth and a little softer. There is velcro on the inside of the cuffs.

Does anyone know what size is it? And what Accessories does it exactly come with?

It comes with a headband, a shoulder/upper arm band, 2 forearm pieces and 2 hand pieces. The forearm pieces have Velcro to adjust the size and the rest have elastic bands. . .

Largely satisfied ...

For almost EURO 36 (including shipping to Germany), of course, I had a certain expectation of the product, which was largely met. The rubber arm warmers are okay, as is the rubber tiara, both have a Velcro fastener. The bangle for the upper arm (also made of rubber) has an elastic band. I’m not satisfied with the hand straps made from one piece of synthetic leather, they look very cheap. Since I only need all the equipment for sexy photos (Instagram and others), the overall quality is sufficient...

Great value and look amazing

After seeing wonder woman I had to get the accessories..I am hiking the AT next year and wanted to wear the tiara, wrist cuffs and arm band on the trails.. that means I wanted something lightweight..these were perfect.. I made a few changes though. The wrist cuffs were too large and the Velcro was uncomfortable and that is not how wonder woman's were made..(lol I know) so I cut them and added elastic ..it made them fit and feel better. I decided to do the same with the headband..I have very long locs and the Velcro on the strap always caught my hair..so I just cut them off and added elastic..the pictures below are how I changed mine and the last one is how the cuffs looked before. I love them so much I wore them to my second time to see wonder woman and the little girl next to me said she liked my "outfit"! Score!! Oh and as for the smell, I had no smell issue whatsoever with mine

Happy with my purchase...Fits great, the only thing is the "leatherette" portion is too big but that's all right since I have replaced it with an actual leather piece. All in all, I am pleased with the quality of the pieces and it was well worth the price I paid,
