All protein, low carbs & fat. No artificial sweeteners.
Great macro profile. All protein(20g), with only 1 g net carbs, 0g fat, no sucralose or erythritol or other artificial sweeteners. Lactose free. I only tried the French vanilla & it tastes good in my opinion. There is a bit of an aftertaste, but i don't mind it. I'm not sure if it's from the actual product or the typical metallic canned drink aftertaste, or a mix.

Delicious, Stylish, Effective.
I recently tried Slate Milk's High Protein Milk Shake, and oh man, it's a game-changer for anyone chasing gains without sacrificing flavor. First off, the taste? Absurdly delicious—like a creamy, indulgent treat that hits the spot every time, no weird aftertaste or chalky vibes. And forget about that annoying protein buildup at the bottom of the container; it mixes perfectly smooth from the first sip to the last. The cans themselves are sleek and stylish too, with that modern design that makes them look as good in your fridge as they do in your gym bag. Plus, the delivery was super fast—ordered online and it showed up at my door in under two days, fresh and ready to crush. If you're tired of boring protein shakes, Slate Milk is your new best friend. 10/10, highly recommend!

Slate variety
Great taste, I really like the mocha, vanilla, and caramel in the variety pack. Looking for protein, this is a great addition to my day. If I don't feel like breakfast (which is usually) this is an easy start to the day. No lactose, no sugar, was just what I was looking for.

Fingers crossed they don’t come dented
I received the variety pack quickly. I didn’t shake the can the first time so it tasted a bit grainy. Afterwards I knew to shake so everything mixed well. I don’t like the vanilla but the caramel and mocha taste really good. I want able to drink them all as many of the cans were dented. I was always taught dispose of items in dented cans. So I ended up losing out.

Best protein coffee!
Best protein coffee hands down! Great for busy mornings. My kids love them when they have had long sports day and are dragging in the mornings. Vanilla and Carmel are our favorite! I love them for a healthier coffee option and before the gym. They are reasonably priced and clean ingredients.

Taste vary
I love those chocolate protein shakes so I ordered iced coffee and I’m so disappointed. Carmel and vanilla are so disgusting and made my stomach so upset I couldn’t drink more than few sips. I recommend only getting chocolate because I just wasted so much money and now I have to toss them out.

I really wanted to like this.
I’m gutted, just received this today. I was so excited for it because I thought I’d found my perfect protein shake: sweetened with monk fruit instead of sucralose, cute can, French vanilla flavor, amazing reviews, good protein ratio. I was literally about to sign up for subscribe & save because I thought for sure, this is it. Got the French vanilla so I could add an espresso shot to it as needed, or have it as a snack at night. I am a milk/vanilla fan, that is always my favorite flavor of anything. This seemed to be so promising. Company seems great by all accounts. Was already eyeing the strawberry…I chilled it as instructed for the better part of the day, then poured it out into a cup filled with ice to enjoy. I couldn’t even wait until the morning to try it! Took the first sip, and.. the aftertaste of the sweetener hit me like a truck. Let it be known: I don’t really mind monk fruit or any of the natural sweeteners at all, in moderation. Sure, stevia and monk fruit don’t taste like sugar, but they’re okay. The problem here is she sheer quantity used. I guess they were trying to make this thing taste REALLY sweet… so they added a bunch of the sweetener, to the point where you can’t ignore it like usual with the alternative sweeteners if you just add a little. It’s not just cloying; it’s downright impossible to ignore, and it makes you wince.I tried valiantly to slurp it down thinking it would get better. No. It tastes SO artificial that if I hadn’t read the label I would think it’s sucralose for sure. For those that can tolerate the Quest Iced Coffees, this tastes very similar. I could never finish one of those either, despite really trying. To be honest, I would’ve been ok with this being much less sweet and just creamy. It doesn’t need to taste like it’s trying so hard. I’m so gutted. The worst part is, there’s no way to get a smaller quantity to try it out, or none that I can see. And you can’t return it because it’s a food item. I have 23 more of these lined up in my fridge, looking annoyingly beautiful, but I know I won’t be able to drink them. I still feel that sweetener in my cheekbones. It’s the kind that just makes you grimace.I’ll be going back to my Ghost Whey and adding coffee to that. Yes, they use natural sugar; but truthfully, a little added sugar is ok, so long as it’s not an absurd amount. The taste certainly is much more pleasant, and that is ultimately what keeps people coming back. I’m realizing that I’d much rather the taste of half a teaspoon of natural sugar than an ultra-sweet, cloyingly horrible drink.I wish I could return them, as I did really want to love them. Giving two stars because they arrived fresh and in wonderful shape, but I can’t drink them. I wanted to love them and this company SO bad.
