A few have mentioned that the action was quite high when it arrived. As a fingerstyle player, I need it low. How easy it it to adjust the neck?

I'm a fingerstyle player. It's easy to adjust the truss rod, it comes with the tool. That being said, I got mine from the latest run of production (Mar 2022) and it was setup perfectly out of the box, low and level all the way, no intonation issues.

What kind of battery does the X4 use and is it user-replaceable?

What does the mic knob do on the effects panel?

The guitar has both a piezo and active mic. The balance between the two can be changed.

How do I fix my guitars failed electronics?

I suspect my brand new Enya has electronic failure issues as I'm able to charge it, turn it on but cannot hear none of the supposedly applied effects... The very heavy strings (12-54 I guess) are w/very high action as well. So, regarding electronics, I either am losing my hearing or the electronics is failing. If I cannot figure this out in the next 10 days, I'll have to return it -- despite loving each and every sound the guitar produced by itself... <3
