Worth of buying

Very Bad
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing any Orient product. My experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. For the same product, I had to register three to four complaints before a technician finally came. Even after multiple visits, the issue was never fixed properly. Each time they either did a temporary fix or left without resolving the actual problem. After wasting so much time and repeatedly following up with customer support, the final response I received was that the warranty period had expired, so nothing could be done anymore. This kind of service is highly unprofessional and frustrating for customers. A company should stand behind its products and provide reliable support, but unfortunately that was completely missing in my case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying Orient products due to their poor customer service and lack of proper support.

The motor cap is smaller , that compromises the overall look of the product. And also creates noise as it touched the motor

Very old renowned brand providing little decorative fan at reasonable price.Bottom canopy is small and can not hide the capacitor fully.Canopy remains tilted. I bought 4 fans but why their logo on top canopy is of different colours.Speed is good
