A good value TV with an excellent picture & some really good features
As the owner of a modern OLED TV for everyday viewing I wanted another large-screen TV for a room where lighting conditions are not too bright & where there's little to no chance of sunlight on the screen BUT I didn't want to spend OLED-type money on another TV.Having looked at the specs this budget-end Samsung appeared to fit the bill: it has all the connections and smart features that I need (plus a few more besides) but without the added expense of "Quantum Dots" or zoned local dimming etc etc etc.Everyday use is normally streaming services or sometimes files from a large disk drive, and watched in a range of formats from 4k HDR10 or similar to 720p avi. As a household we stopped watching "through-the-aerial" broadcast TV long ago.Unboxing and setup was a breeze and literally took just a few minutes after this was wall mounted.A quick note here: these are a very thin TV so they sit close to the wall if, like me, you prefer to use a fairly standard hook-on-a-rail" type wall mount rather than the supplied stand (legs). Not a problem except that this can make insertion of the power plug and the rear-facing HDMI and LAN ports very awkward once hung, so my advice would be to connect those to the TV before you mount it on the wall.In use I find the Samsung to have a very good picture. In some cases (like displaying upscaled standard 1080 or lower content) the picture is actually better to my eyes at least than on my OLED. There is a little backlight unevenness (on a pure black screen it can be a liitle bright in one corner for example) but in normal use this really isn't noticable and it doesn't seem to affect the picture. There's no motion judder, blurring, pixellation or other unwanted picture problems that I've seen either (unlike the OLED I use too). The sound isn't great from the built in speakers, but since I always use either sound bars or other amplification that isn't a problem for me and HDMI ARC works perfectly to turn on the sound bar automatically. The solar powered remote control is an excellent little thing & contains everything I need for daily use, with the larger standard remote control now destined to life in a drawer. We don't use voice activation though, so I can't say how effective that is on this TV.The streaming services we use connect without problem and navigating the TV's menus has been straightforward enough too.For our needs this Samsung is proving to be a really good TV with a good picture and all the features we need.

Great tv so far
Seems to be a great smart TV, picture and sound quality is good! Very heavy so needs 2 people. Not used smart remote, links to all your favourite streaming services. also great for gaming I use a ps5 and it's awesome as it has "game mode" so automatically adjusts
User
Good picture sound not so good
Pleased with the picture but the sound isn't as good as expected. Also unable to get Alexa to work but Bixby works fine

Best of the best tv very bright easy to set up good channels gaming capability good speed
User
Nice tv, good size.
Nice tv went with 55 inch, colours pop, only negative is the slow smart navigation while on the Internet and it sometimes freezing. But tv internal smart features are known to be slow cause of the internal memory.

Great television… lasted 40 hours
Was a really great tv at a brilliant price, I normally find Samsung screens aren’t to my taste, but this was excellent. Within two days it completely stopped working properly, displaying tartan static…Return process is proving to be tiresome; UPS ‘attempted’ to pick up once only… The only way we found out was when we phoned and asked when they were coming… despite Amazon returns process saying they will make three attempts UPS are charging us to schedule another collection.

Beautiful 43'' Smart Tv
Very Happy with this Smart Tv. You can allocate chanels to Numbers which means you can have them in the same format as your prevous Television which is very important to my eldery mother. You also have two remotes- one which has all the options with big clear buttons and the second for smart use. Easy enough to set up and has a beautiful clear picture. Very happy indeed - Has premously bought a Toshiba amazon fire Tv but this is much better and represents good value for money .. took a while but we got ther in the end..
