We at Thaver Tech Pvt. Ltd. purchased two Da URBAN Merlion High Back Ergonomic Office Chairs in July 2025 for our office team, and both chairs have been performing very well. The ergonomic design provides excellent comfort during long working hours. The high-back mesh design offers good ventilation, while the adjustable lumbar support helps maintain proper posture and reduces strain during extended desk work. The adjustable armrests are another useful feature that allows users to customize the chair according to their comfort preferences. The tilt lock mechanism works smoothly, and the overall build quality feels sturdy and durable. Assembly was straightforward, and both chairs were easy to set up. Since installation, the chairs have been used regularly and have maintained their comfort and stability without any issues. One of the best chairs at this price point. I've been using this chair for 10-ish months now and its been very smooth. The back fabric is breathable, the cushion is soft enough and overall the chair is very sturdy. The wheels are also nice they don't get stuck anywhere. The Assembly was also pretty simple. And one of THE best things about this is the customer support which is highly responsive and solved an issue I had very fast.

Update: I escalated the issue to the support team. They have helped me by replacing the parts. For the rusting issue they have provided the paint which i applied myself (as its Do-It-Yourself arrangement) Which did not get apply perfectly. But overall i am happy with the support. I have changed my rating to 4 star. Thanks Worst product ever purchased on Amazon The product quality is below standards, it matches with local company product. Since its made in China so the quality is sub standard like most of the Chinese goods. These guys procuring from China and selling here in India. After using the product for 1 year i have identified following Cons: 1. Mesh is getting break due to the back side support plastic not properly finished. 2. Hand support is not working as button is not working due to the low standard quality of the button. 3. Chair back rest is not aligned properly with the chair so there is an alignment issue identified after using it. 4. Lumber/Back support is not comfortable for regular use. 5. Rusting has started coming on the metal piece which is holding wheels. 6 Seat cushion is pressed after one year of use. Pros: 1. Wheels are of fine quality working till now 2. Seat's comfort is ok

Feels like any average chair although at the price point one would expect better quality materials used. The plastic is not smoothened at a lot of places. The mesh already has a small tear, the head rest is very uncomfortable, makes the neck very stiff since it its slightly ahead of the back rest (clearly not made for women who wear hair clips) The lumbar support is negligible and I am scared to fidget with a lot given the cheap plastic so would not recommend sitting without a back cushion which defeats the purpose of having a mesh.
