Great for pain relief with injection.

Handy, effective, but not durable
Excellent product for cold or heat treatment of smaller areas. If wrapping in a towel, though, take care not to crease the outer edges or they soon start to leak and have to be thrown out.

These arrived next day. They don’t get super cold or stay cold for long hence my 3 stars. If you want something which gets cold and you use for 10 mins this is good - maybe for your eyes...? But if you want something which freezes and gives off very cold relief this might disappoint.

Round gel ice packs are made of non-toxic gel each contained in leak-proof and flexible military-grade plastic with cloth backing (CE Certified & FDA Approved)
Directions
HOT APPLICATION Flatten gel pack in microwave, heat for 10sec only (STOP if it starts to expand). If more heat is needed, expose for 10 sec at a time until desired heat is reached. NOTE: Microwave powers vary, so especially during FIRST USE, exercise caution w/ heating! Too much heat can make the gel pack burst COLD APPLICATION Store in freezer for at least 2 hours. (Take note that gel will become too hard in sub-zero freezers; let it thaw a bit before use.)
Safety Warning
- If the temperature is too hot or too cold for you, feel free to wrap the gel pack in a towel before applying to your skin — this is to avoid burns or frostbite on your skin tissue. - LIMIT hot/cold application to 15-20 min at a time as recommended by doctors & professionals. Overusing doesn't help you heal faster and may damage skin tissue. - KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. It is advisable for an adult to oversee a child when treating an injury or a kid's 'boo boo'. - Dispose the gel pack if it has been damaged or if it is too worn out.
