Nice exercise bands
I bought these bands to do some shoulder exercises but mainly to help when doing pull ups. They do the job very well, can’t find a reason to pay more for bands from known brands…

These are great. Use em almost on a daily basis at the calisthenics park and definitely worth the $.

It’s ok for basic things
It depends on what you’re using these for, but they don’t feel the best quality. I mainly use them for mobilizing/stretching, but for pull-up assistance I would spend more money on rogue fitness.
