The best I have ever used. This is an improved version of what I originally used. My hair was thinning & I started using the shampoo & rinse. My hair loss has lessened & after shampooing & drying the hair looks extremely thick & full. My husband has made this comment frequently. The hair loss has gradually eased up & the hair feels stronger. I think I have used this shampoo for at least 2 yrs now. I like the smell & I think my hair has grown faster since I started using this shampoo. It's a bit pricey but a little goes a long way. Also, my hair is very shiny & I get a lot of compliments. Can't ask for any more than that.

I’ve been really happy with this shampoo and conditioner set. The ingredients are great, and I appreciate that it’s free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten, and drying alcohols. I have hair that tends to get dry and frizzy from heat styling, and this duo helps make it much more manageable while adding a healthy shine. The scent is pleasant without being overpowering, and a little goes a long way. I’ve also noticed less frizz and healthier-looking ends. This shampoo and conditioner set worked great for me! It lathers really well, leaves hair feeling clean and soft, and truly has no scent at all. It’s hard to find fragrance free products that still work this well. I originally purchased it because I had shingles on my head and needed something very gentle and non irritating. This worked wonderfully and did not bother my scalp at all. I would definitely buy it again!

My favorite shampoo and conditioner from this brand! It smells amazing and makes my hair feel and look amazing! Unfortunately can't buy it in store anymore so 1 star lost for that, but atleast I can buy it online still! I noticed my hair become healthier, shinier, less frizz, and longer while using this shampoo. For context in February 2025 I moved and was over an hour from my hairstylist who has been doing my hair since my very first haircut. I tried someone new and she absolutely fried my hair, I lost so much hair and my whole top layer of hair was only a few inches long! I spent almost a year trying new shampoos, even the expensive stuff. Nothing worked. Then beginning of 2026 I bought this at Walmart on a whim, I was shocked at the results of my hair 2 weeks later! While I do love this brand in general and like all of their products, this shampoo and conditioner plus their coconut oil leave in spray has my hair looking amazing and growing so healthy, now that im 5.5 months post partum, its really helped keep the hormonal hair loss to a minimum! I like these products. I've been using them exclusively for more than two years and find that the condition of my hair is excellent. These products leave my white hair soft, controllable and shiny. I initially began using them because the person who cuts my hair suggested a product with argan oil. While I recognize that people's hair can vary, and your experience could be different, I recommend them highly.

smells amazing but i dont think it gives you any hardcore benefits besides the peachy smell. i have been using this for over a month and a half. conditioner does help a little and feels smooth, but when you look at my hair it looks dry and it is still quite frizzy. maybe because this doesnt target that specific need. also its for daily use so my hair does get greasy the day after washing which is hard because if i was my hair too often the color in my hair gets washed out quickly.

I tried this and I loved it. I love tea tree oil it helps my dry scalp sooo much and makes it less itchy. My hair looked and felt more moisturized. I’ve even grown more hair in sparse areas so I’m super happy about that. I have hair length to my hips and I do wish there were bigger bottles with pumps.

I have been using it for almost 3 months and I have to say, it's amazing. My hair was completely damaged and I was looking for a shampoo and conditioner with Argan oil and no sulphates which was also in my budget for a long time. And then I came accross this and it worked beautifully. Of course it didn't give instant results, but, it has really helped my hair.

I had thin, fine hair until using this product line. Totally improved hair elasticity and over all health. Smells amazing. Nothing tops this and I've used very high end salon products. Is worth it to try. I like the macadamia nut and the coconut shampoo and conditioner. Also the oils are hands down the best. Very fast results seen.

I would rate it 5 stars if it didn't leaked abd apparently i couldn't contact the seller. I have more faith in the seller of biotin version as it was done properly and professionally and was delivered to me earlier despite both shampoos were ordered at the same time.
