Do you want eyeliner on your waterline, that won’t budge? Buy this one!Works on top too but I prefer liquid liner for top lid.I am from a time where there was very limited options for a waterline eyeliner. We used to have an eye pencil that we would sharpen then burn the makeup tip then put the hot semi melted eyeliner on our watermark. Did it work? Yes but you get the same results of high pigment, long lasting, no smudging!! So nice & thin, twistable & easy to use. Not liquid, but not dry as a pencil.

This stuff is incredible. Intense pigment, goes on easy and creamy without crumbling, and it STAYS. I only use eyeliner on my top lashes waterline only, and it's been hard to find one that stays and doesn't irritate my eyes. It transfers a tiny bit to the bottom only at first, a quick swipe of a wet qtip and it's gone the rest of the day. There's a little creeping into the outer corners of my eyes after many hours but I think that's natural given that I don't use powder products and only hydrating ones. Anyway, look no further for the best eyeliner ever, it's my new go-to.

This liner is the only eyeliner that lasts on my waterline. My teary eyes dont cause it to run so long as I make sure to set my lower lid with powder. It’s the perfect bold black color to stand out. The coverage is thick without being heavy & dries down well to not fear smudging. I’d absolutely recommend this eyeliner.

Been looking for an eyeliner to wear on my waterline that doesn’t smear, run or smudge. I Bought this hoping it would finally be what I’ve been looking for and to my surprise it was. I put it in at 6am before work and it was still on when I got out of work at 3:30pm. It did not smudge or smear. It glides on smoothly and is full color on the first stroke. I can finally feel confident I’m not walking around looking like a raccoon. I really like the feel, the look, the longevity and best of all the price.

I want to love this eye liner SO badly but it smudges terribly. The pigment is super vibrant and it glides on SO smoothly and easily but I am wiping and fixing smudges ALL DAY and I don't even touch my eyes that often. My eyes easily water from sun and wind so that could be a factor but I feel like this eye liner smudges just from my own body heat warming it up and sweating a bit. I don't know but it happens constantly and it really sucks because this is otherwise the best eye liner ever. Photo is of my eyes starting to smudge again even though I just wiped and fixed smudges within the last 30 minutes. Ugh.

Believe me when I say I've tried every kind of eyeliner I can think of!! I love that dark black waterlined look, but it's so hard to keep from fading or smudging throughout the day. I've tried powder kohl that you apply with a bone stick, I've tried a bunch of different brands of gel liner pencil (all of which fade or run down my tear troughs during the day), and this is now my favorite, aside from the Wonderskin eyeliner pencil (which is 18 bucks and loses so much product to sharpening... no thanks). The perfect eyeliner for me is one that glides on with minimal pressure, is pigmented, doesn't irritate my eyes, and lasts all day. This gel liner hits all those needs for me, and I will definitely keep repurchasing!!!For context, here's how I would rank this eyeliner to others I've tried:1.) Bepholan black eyeliner (this product, I love that it just needs to be twisted to get more liner. And it's much cheaper than Wonderskin!!)2.) Wonderskin black eyeliner (My previous go-to. SOOO pigmented and stays put like nothing else, but I HATEEE sharpening the pencil and losing perfectly good product and basically running out of use when the pencil becomes a nub)3.) Charcoal kajal powder from etsy (is very pigmented but tends to have little bits that fall under my eye over time that I have to constantly touch up)4.) Revlon Colorstay black eyeliner (Stays put well but comes out more as a soft grey because it's hard to get much pigment on the waterline without RUBBING the F out of it... looks more subtle for days I don't want a dark black)5. Elf no budge retractable liner (It's pretty similar to the one above, doesn't really stand out to me but has its uses)6. Maybelline Tattoo Studio black liner (Idk this one just really likes to smudge in my waterline and doesn't give the darkest pigment... that and it really irritates my eyes for some reason)

Stays on pretty well even when sweating !It’s a pretty decent pen for the price… I put it through some tests… walked around in the humidy .it did smudge a bit but not as much as others I’ve tried … and then played a couple sets of tennis and I tend to sweat on my face a lot and it held up decently. It’s def worth the price of around $7,50 that I paid

It’s not a fine line. But is really waterproof. I suffer from hay fever and really watery eyes. This is fab. Means I can wear makeup again and feel confident in not! Looking like a panda 🐼 during the day. It stays put. Perfect. As good in the evening as it is first thing no need for re apply. You Need a really good waterproof makeup remover mind. But that’s not a problem. I love mine.

It’s one of my favourites now. Application is super smooth and even. It is waterproof and stays for all day, I use it on waterline and it’s easy to apply and lasts long. It comes off a little bit from corners but overall a great purchase
