Usless 1 year warranty as no support contact details are available
I purchased it on 19th August, 2025 and I have used it only two times with the recharge available while delivery.The charger provided is just a USB cable without any plugging device and any other c type charger is not charging the device. What to do with 1 year warranty as no support details are available? Whom to contact . To all the people who are planning to purchase this brand Please have the support team contact details first before making any purchase as I couldn't find any online or on Amazon as well. The only support being provided is regarding connecting bluetooth and any such information that too through a manual. 2. Ask for a proper charging device as any other charger is not supported by this company.

Very Heavy. The charging socket pin goes inside. And soldering the socket back is very difficult. Sound output is good.
