I have stage 4 cancer and purchased this product as my magnesium levels were too low and I was so lethargic, since using this I am so much more alert, I no longer nap in the day and my levels are back to normal.

Helps night leg pain
Very expensive, but taking this supplement a few hours before bed does reduce the amount of pain I get in my calf muscles during the night, due to poor circulation and fibromyalgia. Better than other magnesium supplements I've tried

haven’t taken it long enough to say whether or not it has made a difference., The Raspberry flavour tastes good and is easy to drink.

Nice quality
Expensive but nice quality. Performance wise its not consistent. When it works its great. I bought it to aid sleep which it doesn't as it has the equivalent of half a teaspoon of sugar in every scoop and I'm sensitive to sugar as its a stimulant so it doesn't help me sleep.

Really effective product but lid doesn't close and product has gone like a rock!
I love this powder, but to my dismay I now see that the design of the lid means it's not closed properly and air has got in - causing the powder to turn rock hard. For a pricey supplement which I now can't use, it's really annoying. I'd like a refund really!
