It's a cream cleanser - so quite cream-like
Very creamy cleanser. It is to remove makeup - but you cannot use it near the eye area - which defeats the object if you want to remove makeup. You can remove with a cloth or wash it off. I tried washing it off - but the creaminess remains on your face, so it feels like you still want to wash your face again.Your face will not be dry after removing cos its creamy - so it is good if this is what you need.I bought this in-store without checking the label. I think it has too much ingredients, I didn't like the woodland-type scent either. I continue to look for a more natural makeup cleanser.

This product is very smooth and creamy. It does not foam, though it does gently clean the surface of the skin. I really really hope the body shop products come back to market. Great brand.
