Let me tell y’all something about PUR gum because this stuff is a game changer for me. I’m going to open with the ONLY drawbacks, and these are that the flavor unfortunately does not last super long and it does get a bit tough after 10-15 minutes of chewing. Now to the pros: 1. Flavors taste good. Personal favorites are the bubblegum and spearmint but all are nice. 2. Makes my mouth actually feel clean. I don’t know how to fully describe it except that cheaper gums leave a filmy, sugary feeling in my mouth sometimes. None of that here. 3. Keeps my breath fresh. I am super anal about how I smell, and my breath is no exception. If I’m eating anything or finished with my coffee, I am 100% chewing some of this after. Especially at work when I can’t count on running to the bathroom to brush my teeth all the time. 4. XYLITOL. Now this is where I’m real passionate about this gum so listen up. Xylitol is an amazing little molecule for many reasons. It allegedly improves saliva production, and I do personally feel my mouth is much more moist during and after chewing (even when I’m a lil dehydrated). It also has proven oral health benefits, as it is a sugar that CANNOT BE FERMENTED BY MANY BACTERIA. While there is still a lot of research that needs to be done in proving all of these claims, I can give you my personal story. I’ve struggled for my whole life with serious plaque buildup on my tongue. It has made me SO self conscious in the past, as I’ve tried tongue scraping, mouthwashes, toothpastes, just about everything. No matter what I do or eat, it comes back every morning (and sometimes during the day) with a vengeance. Finally, I saw that chewing xylitol gum can help with plaque causing bacteria, which is why I tried PUR gum in the first place. Let me tell you, the difference is wild. After chewing this stuff a few times a day and with no other changes to my routine, I have SIGNIFICANTLY less plaque buildup on my tongue each morning. And when I say significantly less, I mean there used to be a nasty, visible film to scrape off every morning and now there is little to none. I no longer have any buildup during the day or persistent patches that I struggle to brush off. I am so happy that I found this gum!! TLDR: if you’re chewing just for flavor/texture, don’t get this stuff. If you’re chewing to have a clean feeling mouth and noticeably reduce oral bacteria then buy it now!!

This gum is my all time favorite ! It’s definitely a bubble-free kind of gum, although you can get a couple bubbles here and there, but it’s primarily my favorite because of the smooth texture (doesn’t fall apart while chewing) and bold flavors! Not to mention the ingredients are top tier, with NO aspartame (deal breaker for me), sugar free, soy free, nut free, AND vegan. It’s just an all around winner. I have a tongue piercing and I haven’t experienced any stickiness like I do with some other brands. I’m a sucker for packaging too, the appearance of the bag is very appealing to me and it’s resealable! I love to grab for some of these throughout the day to help with my oral fixation after I quit vaping and they are easy to bring on-the-go. I got the variety 3-bag pack, so far my favorite is the cinnamon! I also love the bubblegum flavor.

I bought this gum when it was on sale and it's perfect! It has three great flavors with 165 pieces, they are resealable packs. The flavor doesn't last long but it's good for chewing before I pop my retainers back in. The cinnamon has excellent flavor it is really spicy at first and burns your tongue alittle. But it only lasts a second. This gum is great and very soft for those that have TMJ.

I chew gum daily, usually twice daily. I hate using gum with aspartame because it's so bad for you, even in the small quantities gum has. I've read that xylitol, which this gum has, inhibits bacterial growth in the mouth, so I feel it's a great gum choice. The flavors are strong initially, but after about a minute they are diminished. A couple flavors are terrible, a couple are great. I've rated the flavors worst to best: 1. Bubblegum - 1 star - Initial bubblegum flavor burst is great but lasts, at best, 30 seconds. Then it tastes awful and I can't stand it 2. Pomegranate Mint - 1 star - initial flavor is like "WTF" and gets no better. 3. Coolmint - 2 stars - very mild flavor, not much to it. No initial flavor or freshness punch that I like. After about 2 minutes there's no point in continuing to chew it 4. Cinnamon - 2 stars - Initially it's awesome. Intense cinnamon flavor that I adore. But, that lasts about a minute, maybe 2 then it's a dull flavor that makes my mouth taste bad. 5. Wintergreen - 3 stars - Decent initial flavor that doesn't go away quite as fast as the prior ones. Still not amazing, but I really like wintergreen in general and this is just so-so 6. Peppermint - 3 stars - Again, decent initial flavor that seems like it might freshen breath, but I'd go with 2 pieces if that's what you're going for. Flavor does dissipate but still lingers enough to be worth chewing for a bit 7. Chocolate Mint - 4 stars - I was surprised by this one - it is amazing. Initial flavor is spot on chocolate mint. After that dissipates in about 3 minutes, you get mint with undertones of chocolate. I find I can chew this one for 10 minutes or so and still enjoy some flavor. This is one I'd buy again. 8. Spearmint - 4 stars - Great initial flavor, not too strong but doesn't dissipate as fast as any of the others. Decent breath-freshening and I can chew this for 15-20 minutes before the lack of flavor is too much. Will buy this flavor again. I highly recommend this multi-pack if you want to get away from nasty chemical gum and try a better version. It is a great way to try all the flavors for yourself, then buy what you like. The gum is more expensive than others but I feel it's worth it.

So good for your teeth to chew after eating. The flavors are amazing and long lasting. They are natural and not artificial. The texture is perfect- crunchy outside and the perfect amount of chewiness. They smell great and the size is perfect. I put these in a candy dish in my dining room and keep a bag in my car. You cannot blow bubbles but yeh flavor is surprisingly long lasting.

As an avid gum chewer please hear me when I say these are the best. The flavor is strong and lasts. The fact that they’re sugar free and have quality ingredients makes them a solid choice. The size is smaller than your typical stick of gum but what it lacks in size it makes up for in flavor. The packaging is solid and easily closes. You can take them in a purse or backpack with room to spare. It’s a great quantity, at least 50 in a package and many flavor options.

The flavors of this gum are wonderful, but the flavor goes away within the first 10 minutes. Then, it’s like chewing on flavorless putty. I’m going to throw away the gum.

So i have struggled most of my life with not having the best dental health. My teeth aren’t terrible but in spite of caring for them I always end up with lots of plaque buildup, inflamed gums, and painful and anxiety-inducing cleanings with lots of bleeding. After chewing this gum I am convinced that my problem was an oral microbiome one. My dentist was blown away at the improvement between my last visit and this most recent one, and my only change in habit was chewing this gum a few times a week. My gums never bleed anymore and I have significantly less plaque building up, even though I have a deviated septum and struggle with dry mouth and mouth breathing while sleeping. My cleaning took less than half the usual time and over 95% of my gums have normal measurements now ie not inflamed. I wish I had known how dramatic of an improvement xylitol gum could cause earlier in my life. The flavor is fine, I wish it was less expensive but I am viewing it as a health thing instead of a lifestyle thing so it is worth the price for me.

The main reason I tried this gum is because of the xylitol content, as part of a general interest in oral care routines like the Dr. Ellie Phillips Complete Mouth Care System. The flavor is fresh and enjoyable, and the variety pack is nice since it gives some rotation instead of the same taste every time. The texture is smooth when you first start chewing and holds up well without becoming rubbery too quickly. I’ve been chewing it after meals for about 10 minutes at a time, and it leaves my mouth feeling fresh. The flavor tends to last a good portion of that time as well, depending on the specific flavor. What I like most is that it doesn’t have that strong artificial aftertaste some gums tend to leave behind, and the ingredient profile feels more straightforward compared to standard chewing gum. I have used PUR gum for a while now and personally I love it. Its a great sugar free gum and it contains xylitol which currently (as I am writing this) has shown to be good for your teeth and mouth microbiome. Pros: Sugar free, good for teeth, great tasting flavors, packs come in large quantities Cons: This gum is harder than other gums, personally I like that but some people find it annoying, it might be difficult to chew if you are an elderly person or have weak jaws. The flavors although tasty don't last to long. If its your first time trying the gum and don't know what flavor to get I would recommend either opting for spearmint because it generic and you don't have to buy to many packets. However, if you are willing to receive 3 packets I would recommend the variety pack, mine came with cinnamon, spearmint, peppermint.
