I recently purchased the Voltas CF HT 320 DD P Double Door Deep Freezer, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It is a perfect choice for both commercial and heavy household use. The 320-liter capacity is very spacious and easily accommodates a large quantity of frozen items, making it ideal for storing ice cream, frozen foods, and bulk groceries. The double door design makes it very convenient to access items without losing much cooling, and the build quality feels strong and durable. It also comes with castor wheels, which makes moving the freezer easy. Cooling performance is excellent — it maintains consistent low temperatures (around -18°C or lower), ensuring long-lasting freshness of stored items. The convertible feature (freezer to chiller) is an added advantage for flexible usage. Cannot expect this from a Voltas brand
I have been using Voltas since years basis the reputation and legacy it carries of the Tata Group. Off late The service centre of Voltas is not all responsive. We had to call for atleast 7-8 times, writing online complaints through the official site but all in vein. The product also seem to be inferior quality. In just a period of 2 years it now required a repair cost of almost equivalent to a new one. Zero value for money.
