I bought this for streaming pool matches thru OBS. Took forever to get the settings to look good. When i did, i was disappointed that the PTZ controls, within an OBS plugin, didn't control the camera very good. The presets were sporadic and the camera just moves on it's own between different presets and random back and forth. It has even tried looking so far into the base that u can hear the gears skipping..... I have looked into any way to make this work for me, but I think I am at a loss. I am wired with a USB-C and have an Ethernet cable to it for controls. Edit: Customer support was very attentive to my case; most likely because of the 2 star review. They tried their best to help me with my issues. I never did get the camera working with OBS, but it works pretty good with the stand alone software, from PTZ optics. The presets work great, but when playing with the manual controls, occasionally it will just go haywire and spin out of control, past the point it's supposed to stop, causing me to have to reprogram all my presets. Now that i have those kinks worked out, and only use it with the presets, the camera is great. Quality is amazing and the optical zoom, which was a huge selling point, is amazing!!

So I’m a streamer and I bought this camera three years ago, and the amount of stuff that has happened to this camera and has gotten beat up, and it still works amazing. This is the only WebCam I’ve ever had that is able to withstand my streams. The quality is really good. I like the remote. It is a little bit heavy, so make sure to be careful when you’re tilting it on a tripod. I also even have the same cord that it came with. If you’re a streamer and do a lot of stuff that requires of messing up your WebCams. This is the best PTZ ever, and the brand is amazing. I just bought a new updated version of the brand. To try it out. This is worth the money I would say I bought expensive cameras that were $900 and didn’t even last as long as this one did.

Es una camara bastante completa. Por el precio que tenia en prime day y por lo que ofrece, es un producto muy recomendable para aquellos que quieren una camara PTZ. Nosotros en el club queriamos una camara asi, para poder retransmitir partidos de fronton. Todavia me falta hacer varias pruebas y espero en las proximas semanas poder subir algun video mas completo a nuestro canal de youtube, pero las primeras impresiones son excelentes. Facil de usar, aunque el manual viene solo en ingles. Facil de conectar via usb y usar con OB u otro programa de emision. No hace falta instalar nada. Trae soporte para pared, tirafondos, tacos, un tornillo 1/4" para sujetar la camara, fuente de alimentacion, cable usb 3.0 de 3m (detallazo con tornillo para que no se suelte sin querer), mando (sin pilas AAA, aunque es lo de menos). Todo parece de muy buena calidad, tanto de construccion como embalaje. Compra 100% recomendable. Subo ahora una muestra de video grabado a 1080 60fps. No estoy seguro de los fps que mandaba al pc, pero se nota la diferencia de 4k a 30fps a 1080 60fps. Aunque en el manual indica que no manda señal 1080 60fps. Se ve algo mas fluido y no he notado perdida de calidad. El video que e subido es a 1080, que es a lo que emito al final. Been using it in our church for more than a year now. The quality is so good especially with the autofocus. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to mount cameras in their church for livestreaming. However the remote controller can be tacky sometimes. Perhaps fin some other ways to control the cameras from your streaming deck

La qualité est top. La mobilisation du camera est très fluide. Il y a la notice avec, très facile à Installer le camera. Il est compatible avec plusieurs appareils, TV, ordi, écran, etc. Facile à utiliser avec la télécommande aussi. Le produit est lourd et stable sur le bureau. La qualité d’image et vidéo est tout à fait à la hauteur. L’angle d’image est très large. C’est un très bon produit pour les conférences ou même usage à la maison. C’est un super bon produit pour ce prix là. C’est un achat satisfaisant.
