Is this a good lotion for cracked &rough hands and does it work for dry hands

Yes this works very well for cracked and dry hands. My husbands hands get cracked in the winter and he uses this every night before going to bed. We’ve tried other lotions but this one is the best for very dry hands in my opinion.
