What is the bust size on a XL AND XXL?

This cover up is beautiful. And the bust size is about size 42 & up. I bought a size large and it fits very well I even have more room than expected.

Does the material snag easily, such as on jewelry, etc?

It is made of a knit material (crochet). I would guess it would snag as much as any other knit would on your jewelry, etc.
