Perks ya right up! Just avoid the citrus flavors.
This is a great B vit and electrolyte packet. I’m a distance runner and these help me bounce back much faster than not using supplements. Even if I’m just feeling blah or drank booze the night before, these usually perk me right up. The drink mix is also a good reminder to have a full glass of water, never a bad thing. They seem to work better than Emergen-C and are about on the same price scale. The passion fruit is the best flavor that I’ve tried so far. It’s really delicious. Steer clear of the citrus flavored mixes. The lemon or lime flavors taste like sugar free disc candy lemon flavoring and not in any type of a good way. Even the cherry lime is bad. The cranberry and raspberry mixes are probably the next that I’ll try.

Better than liquid IV
These taste very refreshing. I appreciate the amount of vitamins and minerals it has. As well as the lower sugar compared to other types of water enhancements. At times there is a slight vitamin smell or taste, but it is not overbearing in my opinion. These are also fairly priced compared to similar products. I have and will continue to purchase again.

Electrolyte up my world.
I just took my first packet and within a minute i could feel it working. I feel great now. My medicine and the coffee I make (I call it "Heart Attack Black") leave me feeling dyhydrated almost all day. The taste wasn't bad, could have used a little sugar but it wasn't like it was gross. Plus it was fizzy so that improved it a little. I will continue drinking this for a long time. UPDATE- Didn't realize this at first, but it taste NOTHING like cherry limeaid. if anything it just has a slight lemon/lime flavor, not really good or bad. unless you mix it with too much water and let it go flat. In that case it is super gross. but if you mix it with 4-6 oz of water like it says and chug it, you'll feel it working in less than three minutes. I literally took one about a minute before starting this update and can feel it working already. keeping the 5 stars because I didn't buy it for the flavor (probably why I didn't notice)

Best Flavor and Content
The taste is wonderful! And the vitamin content is perfect for my needs; all good for fast one shot in the morning for energy boosting and great nutrition ! I will always buy this flavor, my favorite in this product.
