Fischer DuoPower is an exceptional general-purpose wall plug. It works equally well in pretty much any material, any type (including cavity walls), holds solidly, never fails, does not age and allows screwing/unscrewing many times.In our house, we standardised on Duopower about 8 years ago (5, 6 and 8 mm, deoending on the job), to the point of throwing away other plugs, certainly ignoring any plugs we get with appliances. This is the default option for everything. Roughly speaking, 95% of all plugs, we use are those. The other 5% are special cases (eg expanding bolts, etc).This particular version 5x25 is sufficient for most fittings.We buy in bulk (100 plugs, like this one) and use them until they run out.The only caveat - read the instructions, check that you use correct diameter and minimum length screws

Really good for aerated blocks

I am a house mover for a number of firms in Northern Ireland. I double up as a handyman to the customers I move and the local area. When I'm hanging pictures, mirrors, fixing cabinets to walls this is by far the best rawl plug in my arsenal.It's strong, great grip when in the wall and easily flush cut if the hole is shallow yet still holds firm.

These are my go-to screws and wall plugs for anything around the house - brick, wood, walls, etc.

Allowed me to easily screw screws into a thin wall, may be best to use a bit of glue before putting the plug to prevent it falls through if the wall if too thin/ weak eg plasterboard. Otherwise a great product, I would recommend over none branded/ cheaper plugs.

Utilisé dans du carrelage avec peçage de 5 mm et vis de 3,5 mm: parfaitement adapté, solide.

Taco de gran calidad, asegura que el trabajo quede perfecto, bien fijado a la pared, y los tornillos terminan muy bien apretados al final de su recorrido.
