Works perfectly for a few weeks then it doesn’t ever stay in place. If you need it for a short period then it is excellent. I have arthritis and struggled to play but this really helped my recovery in a lot of ways and I was able to play football again through it keeping my knee in shape via the support provided. With the gel it stuck in place. LOVED IT HOWEVER, essentially pointless to wear if you need it for a long period of time as the gel doesn't last long after a while (few weeks), as the sleeve just drops down my knees when playing. If you want for sports it is excellent for the short period to recover well and rehab with your plyometrics. Helped speed this process up. Would be better if I could use it after a few weeks. I do not work right now so can not afford another pair as frequently as needed which is unfortunate.

Myself and my husband both regularly use these knee sleeves and have bought a few pairs of these as we both are runners and cyclists. This product keeps your knees supported is lightweight not too restrictive also does not rupple or stretch with repeated use washes well and is extremely good value for money considering we have bought many different knee supports in the past a lot more expensive and not nearly as good as these highly recommend. One thing go a size smaller than you think u are as they are generous in there sizes

Measurements technically correct but very tight

Bought these to stop my knees getting grazed playing in goal on astro turf. Have worn really well, no signs of wear or damage. Not padded, more for support and protection from abrasion. I bought the XL from the size chart and they fit exactly as described, they are very stretchy but firm with it, they have a rubberized grippy band on the inside top and bottom and do not slip down or ride up at all. Very happy with these.

This is basically just a glorified Tubigrip and, in my experience, didn’t offer any extra support. Also, watch out for the rubber grip on the inside that’s meant to stop it slipping. It really irritated my skin and left me with what felt like a friction burn rash and itching that persisted for several days. Wouldn’t recommend.
