Nice cute kettle, I can't recommend it for tea lovers but I'm definitely keeping it: as far as I can tell this is the ONLY kettle that fits my need. [UPDATE 05/2023] ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After more than a year of use, decided to up it to a 5-star rating. Mostly because of reliability and the fact that no other product in this price range (you would need to spend $150+) keeps water warm all day every day. My review below is still valid, temperature controls are loosely defined but you would quickly understand your settings, and it no longer bothers me. ---------------- previous review ------------------ What is my need? **I want warm (150F) boiled water throughout the day.** All other kettles either don't keep warm for more than a few hours, no matter the price tag. or you have to boil water, then set the temp. no other kettle can do this... This little buddy does exactly that: I pour some filtered water, press one button and it boils it, and then lets it cool down to a desired (150F in my case) temperature indefinitely, eventually will run out of water and then auto-shutoff. I had to take 1 star off though, as the thermostat there is, how shall I say it, "buggy"... Armed with a few decent food thermometers tested the kettle. As many pointed out I found it quite disturbing. 1. temperature fluctuates by at least 20F. i.e. 130-160 at a fixed temperature setting. 2. operational range is not as advertised. (a) max temperature (marked 190) for me is 165-185, (b) moving control to "150F" (to the middle of the scale) lowers temp by only 10F: 155-175 (c) to get my favorite 150F I need to move it to 130 Your mileage will vary! I would guess that each kettle is different.

I love this electric kettle. It has a temperature control dial so you can choose what degree you want to set it to. And when it has boiled, it shuts off and then will keep it warm to the temperature that you have set. I had previously bought the Comfee Stainless Steel Kettle, but ended up returning it because it wouldn't keep the pot warm. I couldn't see the water level really. The one I have now is glass, pretty, and has a blue light that glows when it is set to boil. Update 12/28/25: Unfortunately, I'm afraid this kettle is not going to last much longer due to a plastic piece coming loose where the lid comes off. I have had to glue it twice already. I hope this defect will be fixed.

I am very happy with this purchase! I did a lot of research on a water warmer since I make matcha every morning. This one was reasonably priced and easy to use! I like the dial and light system. It heats water quickly. If I need to boil water (which I did when I prepared the pitcher for its first use) there is an easy switch on the side for boiling. My husband also likes to use it for heating water to make oatmeal. This is a really good purchase for its use!

I love so much about this kettle, but what were they thinking making the temperature indicator line completely invisible?? I have 20/20 vision and I have to get within 6 inches of the kettle to determine what temperature it's set at. That's insanely bad design. Other than that, I do love that you can set a temperature - I use that function every day. It works great, is fast and quiet, and was a reasonable price. I use filtered water in it like the instructions say and so the taste of my teas is really bright and the kettle is easy to clean. I'll have find some small sticker to put on the dial so I can finally see how hot it will get.

This electric kettle is so handy! It is sturdy, and yet light weight. It heats 5 cups of water to a full boil in about 4 minutes. I love that it keeps it at that temperature by turning on and off every few minutes. It has full temperature control on the knob on the front, from 190° down to below the 120° mark on the dial, so you can pick the temperature that you like best to make your hot drinks. We have very hard water here, and this kettle has a built-in strainer attached to the lid that snugs right up against the inside of the pour spout, and that catches a lot of hard water chunks. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good gift for Newly Weds !

This tea kettle is great except for one flaw that is a deal breaker. The bottom is like a wobbly egg base. I can’t say how often this thing tipped over and nearly burned me. Today, the dang thing tipped, fell over and burned me badly. And glass shards went all over the room. The base is a very bad design. It has never been stable. We didn’t use it often, but recently started drinking more hot tea and were using it more. It kept the water at a constant temp, but if it is always tipping over, that is not a good thing.

It was great when it was working. I bought this less than a year ago and it now only boils water, instead of heating it to the specified temperature and the automatic shut off no longer functions. Very disappointed in the quality of this product, I certainly expected it to last longer than a few months. 22-Feb update. I contacted the company and received a replacement. Customer service was great to deal with. They responded very quickly and were very friendly. Let's hope the replacement lasts.

pros : 1.the lid can be fully separate let it easy to clean 2.temperature control is really useful 3.glass material let the water taste better for boiling a tea 4.Good for making tea. It has a filter thus you can put your tealeaves directly into this electric kettle BUT.... cons : If you want to brew tea directly in the kettle, then you have to clean it after you use it. But once cleaned, water can easily seep into the gap between glass and plastic. I don't know if this will lead to damage for a long time, I ended up buying another teapot to make tea and let this electric teapot only be used to boil water.

I like my new glass kettle because I can see how much water is in the kettle instantly. Because it has a very wide opening it is very easy to keep clean. Looks nice in my kitchen.

At first I really liked this kettle. Worked as advertised. But after only 1 month the auto shut off feature after reaching boil stopped working. While the kettle DOES still work, you really need to keep an eye on it as it is simply not safe. If left too long handle gets extremely hot and while I have not seen it as I don't want it to happen, I presume that if you left this too long it could boil off all the water and become a fire hazard.

Absolutely love it. The keep warm option is great. The boiling time is fast! Just wish it could hold more water that's all!
