I bought this water pump for a detached two-car garage I converted into a man cave. Since I live on the water, I didn’t run plumbing here, so this was a perfect alternative. I use it for a fridge ice maker, which works fantastic, and I also split the line to a small faucet for filtered drinking water. It handles both fine. Is it loud? Not really—you can hear it kick on when using running water, but it’s just a slight vibration noise, not overwhelming or distracting. I’ve had it for about a month with no complaints. It mounts easily on the wall and I keep it hidden under a workbench with two five-gallon jugs (it uses one at a time, but I keep a spare). Overall, it works great and I definitely recommend it.

I have a secondary refrigerator in my garage that has both a water dispenser and ice maker. Problem was no water source to connect to the refrigerator. This product was the perfect solution! The bottled water dispenser and a 5 gallon bottle of purified water provide both the water quality and pressure to dispense cold water and lots of ice from this secondary garage refrigerator. This is a welcomed solution!

Bought this and hooked it to the ice maker in are fridge worked perfect if you don't use the rubber spacers when mounting or resting this some where it's quiet loud not like loud loud. But you will know when it's running

It was easy to set up out of the box. Only minor con for me was that it didn't come with mounting screws. other than that its been running well for the past 3 weeks. I ended up mounting this in my pantry next to my fringe and piped it to the inlet on my fridges waterline (my house's water come's from a well and its super hard water even with an RO system to filter it). now my fridge gets fresher water and my icemaker makes some delicious ice. Very happy with this buy.

So it pumps great! If I get a couple of years out of it, then it will keep 5 stars. I don't expect longer than that. It is powerful, easily pumps vertical about 25 feet to a ice maker. No problem. Now, some times it can lose prime, (rare) so a youtube video taught me a trick. Put a inline T with a valve to re-prime instantly without unclipping the line. Works great, easy. That's to be expected with any pump. Haven't seen any negatives, does exactly what it says. As of now 5 stars. Let ya know down the road, as I know reviews are important on these kinds of purchases.

This works great to pump the fresh spring water into my fridge. Not terribly loud.
