⭐ 1/5 – Failed in just over a year & disappointing customer supportI purchased the URBN 20,000mAh UPR208 Power Bank on 1 May 2025, expecting better durability because this product is marketed as a “Premium Edition” power bank.Unfortunately, after around a year of use, the power bank developed a serious issue. When I connect my phone, only one LED blinks and the phone does not charge. The strange part is that if I connect the power bank to a charger for a short time, it suddenly activates, all four indicators appear, and then it starts charging my devices normally.This is clearly not the experience I expected from a premium 20,000mAh power bank.What is even more disappointing is the customer support experience. I contacted URBN hoping for a reasonable solution. Their support initially offered a 20% discount coupon and later stated that the product has only a 6-month warranty.However, my Amazon purchase/product listing clearly shows a 1-year warranty. I have provided them with the screenshot as well, yet I am still being told that the warranty is only 6 months.I also previously owned a URBN 10,000mAh power bank, which lasted around 2.5 years before its battery eventually became swollen. I purchased this 20,000mAh model because I trusted the brand, but this experience has seriously changed my opinion.The product failing after such a short period is disappointing enough, but the fact that customer support itself appears unclear about the warranty period advertised for the product makes the experience even worse.I requested URBN to consider this as a one-time goodwill replacement, but so far they have refused.Think twice before purchasing. A “Premium” power bank should offer better reliability, and customer support should at least have clarity about the warranty terms under which the product was sold.I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales support.

I've been using the URBN 20000 mAh premium black edition nano power bank for a while, and it's seriously, and I mean seriously, over delivered. It's skinny, fits straight in a pocket, but still slams in a massive 20000mAh inside and keeps my phone and earbuds and whatever else I've got juiced all day without any hassle.The fast-charge game is big - power blows out fast and the dual Type-C plus USB ports allow me to plug things in quite nicely - several gadgets at once. Those LED lights are nice to have though, which makes it easy to see how much juice is left.The build feels solid and premium, and I am happy that it is made in India, with a one year replacement warranty - kinda gives that extra peace of mind. All in all, this is one of the best bang for bucks power bank I have ever used. Great for travelling, day to day use or long days on the go. Totally recommend it!
