How is this keto friendly? 24g carbs - 4g fiber=20g net carbs per serving. Am I missing something?

I would say it's definitely not. Cassava flour is NOT keto friendly. It's allergen friendly, which helped me when I was having an autoimmune attack and needed to be on an elimination diet.

What is the texture like? I find that’s my biggest problem with grain free items. They are like mush when you eat them.
