Ok supplement , taste a bit different from imported brand inositols i used, but still kind of good

I have been using this product for over a year now. The price used to be Rs 899 when I bought it last year. It doesn't make sense to pay double the price after a year, so it's the time to explore different brands now.

I can feel a little difference in my food intake as previously I ate more than in between meals but now I feel less hungry and take my meals accordingly.It has been few days so I cannot tell what other differences it is yet to bring.The only thing I disliked was the spoon given with it ..too small to be seen and transparent that it hides in the powder so if it is possible increase the length of the spoon for a comfortable scoop.

16/8/2021: A white water-soluble powder, the 400gms jar will last for more than 3 months with 2gm twice a day (4g/day) dosage. For 900 bucks (give or take a few) that's quite a good quantity. I used to be on Ovahope last year for 7 months but it is costlier although with other synergistic compounds. Starting this now as I am already on a multivitamin. Will update after 2-3 months of usage.One suggestion to the manufacturer: please provide a spoon with longer handle and a different colour other than white. The spoon given in the jar is transparent and tiny-handled. It can't be seen quickly and sometimes I have to dig through the content to find it. That is unhygienic as it has to last for 3 months. This is really important.

The Price has doubled with in a Year, from 899 to 1799, Still not sure how pure or effective the product is !. It has only one half of the solution Myo-Inositol, with NO D-Chiro- Inositol, seems over priced for only Myo-ionsitol. guess we need more API ( Active pharmaceutical Ingrediant) manufactures in india.

I bought the product for getting my periods regularly as i have PCOS but it didn't help much. I do feel better and calm after taking inositol though. I am using chromium picolinate from the same brand for getting my cycles regularly and it definitely has helped with my insulin resistance and PCOS.Also start fasting for even better results.Good luck.

I have used inotsitol before so I am no newbie.I wanted something effective and affordable and this product delivers it.It's been a little over 2 weeks since I have been using it and I am feeling a lot less tired.Bought it for my pcos and though it's too early to say about what's it doing for my acnes ,it certainly helps in keeping me energized.Would definitely buy it again.
