Absolutely beautiful pages of artwork! I was almost finished with the book using my Prismacolor pencils when I lost the book!! I found it in my orders from 3-4 years ago and ordered it again, I loved it so much! This time I’m going to take it to Office Depot and get it wirebound so that it’s even easier to color.

Okay so this coloring book is actually kinda fire for what it is. The animals, mandalas, flowers, paisley patterns — all very “I need to chill before I lose it” vibes. I grabbed it for my clients so they’d have something fun to do during sessions, and honestly most of them are into it… most. Sometimes the theme is giving “grandma’s Pinterest board,” and they’re like nah, next. What’s good: Stress‑relief designs — The pages are detailed enough to keep people focused without overwhelming them. Variety of themes — Animals, mandalas, flowers… it’s a whole vibe buffet. Quality paper — Thick enough that markers don’t bleed through like chaos. Session‑friendly — Easy activity to keep hands busy and minds calmer. What’s mid: Some designs feel like they were made for boomers who collect porcelain cats. A few clients look at the mandalas like “girl… what am I supposed to do with this.” Overall: It’s a solid 4/5. Cute, calming, and great for sessions — just be ready for the occasional “this ain’t my aesthetic” moment from clients who want something more modern or themed.

I love to color and this book did not disappoint. I was pleased to find uncomplicated illustrations plus some rather intricate ones included in the same book, and I love that there is a variety of plants and animal illustrations from which to choose. The wildlife illustrations include elephants, owls, butterflies, koala bears, giraffes, birds, aquatic life and more plus a few mandalas for those who prefer this kind of artwork. What you will find in this book. White paper with a bit of tooth. Colored pencils blend well. Gel pens are a good tool for many of the intricate drawings. The darker ones leave a shadow, but do not bleed-through. Brush pens and markers do bleed-through and they also cause the corners of the page to curl. A blotter page is essential for any wet media. The paper is light-weight; however, it works well. It does not tear, roughen with back and forth marker strokes, and colored pencils blend nicely. Illustrations are one per page, printed on the right side with the back side left blank. The pages are not perforated. The size is 8½ x 11 x 3/8 inches. The cover illustration is included in the coloring pages. Some of the pages are bordered while others go to the outside edge of the paper. Some illustrations are done in broad black strokes with large spaces which accept colored pencils and brush pens really well. Other designs have fine lines and are very intricate. Fine point gel pens and markers work really well in the tiny spaces. A web address is included in the back of the book that enables you to sign up for free monthly coloring pages. There are 63 illustrations to color as one chooses. Fun! Relaxing! Somewhat Addictive!
